1. Though the 2 person team was professional, but one individual smell with cigarettes and have to use our restroom. 2. Carpet stain (paint) remains, see photos. 3. Broom brought was dirty, used in room 1 and then had to asked to not use in rest of the job. 4. Shoes booties only after requesting to wear were used back and forth while inside and outside bringing in more dust and dirt and defeat the purpose. 5. Truck running the steam, vaccum broke down during the process and had to be restarted or adjusted. 6. They drain dirty water in our driveway from previous job. 7. The whole cleaning process was just not very clean and quality. I did not wanted to argue with them as they worked hard and sweating but the end results and delivery did not met our expectation and paid what was asked. The last comment left by Jason was this is just a steam cleaning what you expect. With this kind of experience, not sure will be using Angies list recommended vendors for future job.

Excellent workmanship! Cody and Cory are a great cleaning team. Thorough job, time efficient and great recommendations on upkeep. I’ve hired them before and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. My carpet and upholstery look fantastic. So nice to see color in my carpet and the chair fabric was so refreshed. I requested work beyond the deal and was very happy to pay for it. Thank you Select Carpet & Upholstery! I’m very satisfied!!

Went well. They worked efficiently and quickly, with a minimum of fuss or mess.

Well they were very professional and efficient.

As wrote above; 2 workers did less than 25 min of work. They left a mess; did not move side table or statue. I had them pulled out bed & when they were departing; employee said "look @ recite, we don't move beds" I responded U pulled out bed, didn't move the bed. They DID NOT clean 2 closets of carpet. Lazy, Left a mess & were Rude to customer as well as owner of company. "Customer always right" Not according to this Carpet Cleaning! STAY AWAY! I'm from Bloomfield Hills not Roseville. Shame, SHAME on this Selective Carpet Cleaning. Not even a street address a P.O. Box , exactly what does this tell you!? Owner not professional. DO NOT USE! Buyer Beware!

AMAZING! Jason and his team did a great job. Very personable and detailed. Did not appear rushed, answered all my questions and even interacted with my kids when they didn’t have to.

Corey and Cody came on time. They called me ahead of time before arrival. They worked together and did a fantastic job.

Great work. Carpets look amazing. We had our master bedroom, family room and living room all cleaned. Spots came out and dog smells were removed. They even moved a few pieces of furniture with no problem and put Styrofoam blocks under furniture that needed protection. The guys were prompt and courteous and very professional. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

They did a great job! Were professional and thorough. The only problem was they were 1.5 hours late. However, I did receive a phone letting me know they were running late, which I appreciated, but would have preferred they came in the 2 hour timeframe that was given.

Bought the Angie's Deal - Cody and Cory came out and cleaned and sealed one of our shower's tiles. They did a great job. Very professional. Cleaned up everything. Gave me good advice on how to deal with remaining issues. Setting up the time to come out was good too - we're putting our condo on the market soon and needed them to come out soon after buying the Angie's Deal and they came out within a week or so. Very pleased.

These guys did a great job. The special was for $88 for three rooms. We added two staircases for $20 each and stain protection for about $40. The guys were here on time and completed their work quickly. We vacuumed the carpet when it was dry and it looked great. Good work.

Nice people , late & shower tile didn't look any better than before . I thought at first it looked a little better & when it dried it didn't . Waste of time & money.
