Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

They were great. They were punctual and professional throughout the process.

Contractor showed up on time. Very courteous & professional. Walked down the job before starting work, taking care to pre-treat any problem spots. Completed job with little disruption while working around family and pet. The guys picked up after themselves and walked down the job at the end to be sure we were satisfied. Carpet looked great and dried in under 10 hours.

The 2 young men were very friendly and did the job very well in a short period of time.

Communication with this service provider was excellent. We purchased an Angie's List deal for 4 bedrooms for $99 - a great price! They were quick to get in touch with me via email to schedule a time that worked, even flexible to get the cleaning done earlier when I asked. My home was vacant at the time between renters. They had no issue showing up and getting the job done without anyone needing to be there. End results were great and overall it was a simple transaction. I would use them again.

They arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

They did a great job cleaning the tile in our upstairs bathroom. Unfortunately, during the cleaning process it appear much of the grout was damaged/deterioted in the shower area. Much of the shower needed to be regrouted and sealed after the cleaning.

This was at my daughters house, she everything went, they were nice and did a good job.

Very prompt response online, easy to contact and work with, very nice customer service. Did an excellent job on my carpets, but I didn't realize that they don't work with the entire interior of the car if it is leather until I had already booked the apt. I did need a good cleaning on my carpets because I had experienced some flooding. I like that the service comes to you and was very effective but I probably won't be using them again because the cost isn't really worth it for a car that has leather seats.

They did an excellent job, treated and cleaned the carpet.

As always they cleaned the carpet better than any company I have used. I clean often to allow for my two cats. This time Kevin and Alex did an excellent job. They are consistent in being fast, getting the carpet clean and being very professional. I tell every one about them at every opportunity. I have no problem scheduling Selective and they always meet the schedule.

They cleanded the tile in the bathroom. They completed the job.

The family room carpet was fine as were the steps but the basement was HORRIBLE!!! We left windows open, doors open, fans on and ran a dehimidifier and the carpet stunk. We still had stains on the carpet and it was wet for like 2 1/2 days! I called the company back to discuss our situation and NEVER received a call back. I left a voicemail just wanting to discuss the situation and tell them my concerns and never heard back. Here we are a week later and still no response.

My personal experience: Outstanding service and a great price! My carpeting did not look good. I couldn't afford new carpeting so I opted for a cleaning. The results were amazing! I am so thankful to Kim (office), John and Corey (carpet cleaners), for the courtesy, professionalism and superior service. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

They were great! Came in said what they were going to do, didn't want us to go out of our way to move anything, they did it for us, and they were both very friendly!

I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. The two employees were prompt having called ahead of time to update their arrival time. They cleaned the carpeting in four rooms very quickly and thoroughly. The carpeting is old and I had no expectatiob that it would look like new. But they treated a few spots and left the carpeting better than it has in a long time. I was completely satisfied.

Prompt, professional, did what they said they would do, for the agreed price with no drama or surprises. Left the furniture looking clean and smelling good.

They did a great job! My furniture is microfiber and we've had it for over 2-3 years. We generally keep it covered, but thought it was time to have it professionally cleaned, especially the pillows:-) I would definitely call them again in the future.

After I purchased the coupon on Angie's List, I was immediately contacted to set up the appointment. Incredibly friendly and responsive. They came right on time on the scheduled date and worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone.

After purchasing an Angie's list deal of the day I was promptly called to schedule an appointment for service. I had more rooms to clean than the deal and they promptly provided a quote on the additional rooms, which I accepted. On the day of the scheduled service, about 2/3rds of the way through the time window without anyone coming, I called to check on the status of my scheduled services. The receptionist was very pleasant and called the owner (to whom I had originally spoken) and called me back promptly letting me know that there had been a scheduling error and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I had taken the day off work so I did not want to reschedule. She promptly, and very nicely got someone to my house within the hour. The service crew as very nice and apologized repeatedly for the mix up in the schedule. They then proceeded to do efficiently clean all the carpets. I had some spots and they spent extra time on those areas. Overall I was very satisfied by the customer service. They made a scheduling error but they made it right and did it with a pleasant attitude from everyone I spoke with. I was only just satisfied with the cleaning. As noted above, I had a few spots which they worked on and it looked like they were all out when the crew left but, as the carpet dried you could see the spots emerge again. That was disappointing. Maybe they are just permanent but I had hoped that Selective could get them out.

Quick response. Came on time. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Got difficult pet stains out of carpet. Could not get all stains out of chairs but explained reason. Will use them again.
