Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I was scheduled for 12-2PM. I thought that meant they'd arrive at noon and be done by 2PM, but it meant they would ARRIVE sometime between 12PM and 2PM. They actually arrived past 3PM. I called a few times around 12PM-1PM to find out where they were, but no one at the office answered. Around 2PM, I did get a call saying they were running about an hour behind schedule. The guys who came over were extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I am very happy with the service they provided.

Not well. Sent 1 guy when there should have been 2. Needed to have seam work. Ended up with hard, yellow glue on top of the carpet. He shaved it off (after I told him not too, it is berber carpet) Now we have a fuzzy mess in our hallway. Seam work is horrible. After he left the carpet started pulling away from the tack strip on many walls because the carpet was cut to short!

With three kids and a dog, our carpet tends to get dirty quickly. Selective Carpet Cleaning did a great job communicating with me, calling and letting me know they were on the way, and showing up on time. Selective Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning the carpet and stairs, really got the tough spots out nicely! Very professional and a good company to work with. Great price and service, will use them again.

I used Angie's list to contact the Company and they responded right away to the email message. Selective Carpet accommodated my situation regarding dates and requesting two rooms and basement stairs carpet cleaning and gave me the 3 Rooms price which was $99. They arrived within the block of time they told me and were professional and courteous. It was so easy to work with them. I will absolutely call them again for future carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Guys were great and did a fine job. Very nice and professional. Explained why the couch and loveseat were hard to clean. Still, everything looks better than before I had it done!

Overall did a good job. Missed a few spots but not that noticeable. The repairs were difficult yet they made it work. Would use them again

Called in advance, showed up on time, did the work carefully and promptly and cleaned up. It was all quite professional.

It was fine. They tried their best but the some of the grout came up and now there are gaps.

We were told by the specialist at Angie's List that the company serviced our area, however we received an email from the company directly stating they do not service our area, so we called Angie's List back for a refund.

They were 2 hours late, did call to let us know, once there they were fantastic, the carpet came out great. They were quick and very apologetic. I will defiantly give them a call again.

Excellent! Top of the line. No reservations, no criticisms. Kevin and Cody came.They worked well together. Highly industrious. Great job cleaning. They were there to please. They made the carpet look brand new. It's a family business too.

They were on time, great customer service. My only complaint is they looked clean when they were wet, but as they dried, all the stains I had hoped would be removed came back. I had great expectations from a professional carpet cleaner, but i didn't really see a huge difference from my spot cleaning.

The service worked just fine. There were no additional costs to the $99 Big Deal. The service was successful. It solved the problem that I need to solve. I am very happy.
