Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The provider was later than they scheduled - one hour later; Said that they were "running one hour behind schedule with every job". They rushed through the job, they appeared to be in a hurry and was done in less then 30 minutes. Upon completion, they informed me that lot's of "the spots would not come out and they used spot remover, that the chair's were old...". I questioned their ability to not remove the stains given their professionalism. They, Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, insisted that these stains would not come out. I informed them that I was not satisfied with their work. They told me to put a fan on the my chairs so they would dry faster and they did not put the chair's back where they were upon starting to clean them, which was only a few feet away. Bottom line, I am not pleased with the work. My chair's look the same now as before they started. I believe that I could have done a better job myself. I feel that the money I paid them should be reimbursed. They, Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, should have said in advance that some spots may not come out. Apparently they felt confident upon starting that the spots would be cleaned.

Cleaners were fine, BUT the service was NOT as advertised. These were really carpet cleaners as advertised on their truck. They really did not do a great job on the tile, and there did not seal after. They claimed sealer was in the wash they put on to clean the tile. But we asked them to do several areas again as they did not look clean and as we scrubbed ourselves we were able to get them much cleaner. I would NOT recommend this service.

They did a good job. The tile is spotless and the grout is as clean as it can get without sanding and floating. Great value.

It went very well. Cleaned my sectional first. Used a special cleaner on the carpet. Made sure stains were gone. Finished with a protective spray. Carpet looked brand new. The sectional looks great. The workers were very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived early (which I appreciated immensely) and were efficient and courteous.

It went very well. The addition of the area rugs which were wool was a last minute request. They had a smell, however, the worker told me to expect and that it would go away. It did.

The carpet cleaning service was able to remove ground in carpet stains that previous carpet cleaning services failed to remove. Additionally, the crew were also able to 'revive' my heavily wearing stairway carpet, which greatly aided in its appearance.

They did a great job getting out some old stains. Very professional and nice.

made almost no difference I do better with a bottle of kaboom. Were here 15 minute with a machine. Very little difference notice left water trall to door that we had to clean up I"m new to angles list makes me doubt the value of even using this service if a company this mediocre get an A rating

The grout was cleaned very well. However, the chemicals they used were not contained to rooms cleaned and damaged pergo floor and any furniture it contacted. If you use this service, it is imperative that you protect rooms adjacent to area cleaned.

Two person crew arrived on time. Setup equipment and quickly went to work, taking care to spend extra time on the more heavily trafficked areas. When they were finished, carpet was slightly damp but dried completely within a few hours. From start to finish, the job took them approximately 90 minutes.

2 men came got to business right away, no talking. Did a great job. Satisfied customer.

Workers were prompt and professional. Service was not as expected. Unable to remove stains around edges of carpet (just dust build up and some rain-water stains), and carpet didn't appear to have been deodorized (no fresh scent upon drying). I did notice that the truck shut down several times while the guys were cleaning the carpet, and they explained that the motor was overheating and shutting itself down due to the hot weather conditions outside. In the end, although they were nice and professional young men, the service was no better than what I could've done with my home carpet cleaning unit.

The two men who didi the work arrived on time even calling to tell us they were on the way. They were personable, professional and did a superb job. We've found our carpet cleaners for all future work. They noted the also clean tile and grout. We will eventually be redoing our upstairs bathroom and when we do this is the company I want to work with for the tile cleaning.

They are the GREATEST! Highly recommend them.

Very professional. Called me early to offer me a earlier time if I wanted. The guys were on time and were done in a timely manner. One of the machines went down temporarily and I was informed immediately and the problem was solved. They got it done. Thanks guys!!!! I will use your service again.
