Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

First of all, they did NOT start off giving me a 15 minute lecture on why they were the best carpet cleaners. That was an issue in the past. Secondly, they were very thorough and got out all the stains that I did not think were going to come out. I plan to use them again this week.

The gentlemen who cleaned my carpeting were punctual, polite, and professional. My husband and I had just completed a kitchen remodel, and the carpeting had become extremely dirty in the process. Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning made it look 100% better than it had looked before. We were very happy with the results. We'll definitely call on them again in the future.

Team did an excellent job. Carpets looked and smelled great. They moved all the furniture on their own, the last company I used didn't do this.

They were extremely nice and worked efficiently. The grout, particularly in parts of the kitchen, very much needed their expertise. It looked terrific when they were finished. I will have them back, not only for tile and grout cleaning, but also for cleaning carpeting. I would absolutely recommend them.

Bedroom and stairs cleaned up beautifully the first time. The great room had stains come back after it dried and Selective Carpet was very prompt at coming back and redoing the areas. I also had them clean 8 dining room chairs and my car for an extra cost. Those cam out beautiful and were highly dirty.

They called to say they were running late. They showed up at that time. They worked quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well! They called me 30 min. Ahead and was on time.. They introduced themselves, asked what areas I was concerned about and got to work .. They were very professional and I am going to be using them again !!

They did through cleaning. For some dirty spots, they sprayed in advance. They also cleaned extra for a couple of spots.

This company is fantastic. They do a timely and excellent job and even do more than asked. We can't say enough good things about them.

They arrived on the early end of their time range (9 - 11 a.m.). They were friendly, courteous and professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Very satisfied with their work.

I got an appointment the same week I contacted them. The two man crew was on time courteous and friendly. The also did a great job. Our white carpets have suffered at the bladders of three puppies who were not house trained. It was so bad that my wife was embarrassed to have guests over. We just wondered if the carpets could even be salvaged, but the guys from Selective did an amazing job! When my wife saw it she honestly couldn't believe it. When we have time we will be calling selective to more rooms in our house.

They came out and completed the tile and grout cleaning and did a good job however when they left the job they left out the front door and walked all on my marble floors with the shoes that had the chemicals they used to clean. They left footprints all over my marble floor. My husband and I tried to clean it however it wouldn't come up. I called the company and advised them of this and they told me what I could buy to clean it and that if we bought it they would come out and cleaned it. After contacting them back to ask when would they come out to clean it they told me they are too busy and we were too far and that we could just clean it ourselves. They now don't even answer my phone calls! They just gave me the run around!

They arrived as scheduled, wore protective gear and were very friendly. They made our sofa and chair look like new! Even the microfiber couch we've had for years. Definitely will call again.

I ordered the $99 offer for 4 rooms. I also added on a staircase for an extra $20, payable at the time of services. I'm very happy with the job that was performed. The house was empty, so the cleaning was very fast, only about 30 minutes or so, but it made a huge difference in the carpet's appearance and the overall scent of our home, as we're trying to sell it. All of the stains came clean, and the stairs look like new, not matted down from repeatedly walking up and down them. The men who performed the cleaning were on time, professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to others who are looking for carpet cleaning. I will definitely use them in the future in our new home.

It took only a little over an hour. Liquid was poured on main bath and a floor scrubber was used. Solution was splashed on new wood flooring and tracked down hallway. Grout was not cleaned, nor did tiles look any cleaner. Solution left a residue on floor. Master bath, very small was never done. Also, two pieces of tile were pulled up and they spent 45 minutes flushing out their tanks to find the pieces. The $149.00 cleaning was expensive for less than an hour of work and which we had already scrubbed that floor with our own scrubber. This is a rip-off for scrubbing a floor without any visible results except more work for me cleaning floor again.

At first it looked just OK. He said the carpet would settle down in a few days. After a week or so the carpet looks normal. It has no lumps.

Service was performed very quickly and results were very good. I would use them again.

They were friendly, quick, and moved some small stuff I had in the way. Helped me move a mattress from one of the rooms. I appreciated their help and they did a good job.

Scheduling was a breeze Appointment was on time Service providers were all around, courteous and professional, attentive and very conscientious Price is a little high and although I knew there was some risk of having a higher price than when I called, it's a good thing I expected the higher amount. Had I been the sort of person who insists on quoted figures being maintained at the time of service, I could have been up for some massive sticker shock. My quote was for $289 for 12 areas and the upcharges added up but I wasn't told what was going to drive those charges. Additional areas drove the charges up. Be sure when you get a quote, that you ask questions about accuracy and what could cause the charges to go up. We're a 'shoes off' household and there are only two of us so we don't have to get our carpets cleaned very often. I didn't know what to ask but I'll have a better idea how much the service will cost for a house this size next time. All in all, the price was high but fair for the amount of work performed. I'd highly recommend this company if you're looking for a reliable steam cleaning service.

I liked that they called within the given timeframe to let me know they were on their way. Once they were here, they completed the cleaning much faster than expected. They took care of my furniture and the place looked great when they were done.

Quality was just ok. They seemed to be good with the carpets but not so good with the tile and grout cleaning. Their pipes froze and managed to get water spilled over floors

As expected. Carpet was wetter than I had expected, but open windows and a few fans helped.

They were great and on time. I did see a few stains that were not removed but were lighter. Don't think it is their fault, maybe hard stains but otherwise they did a very good job and were drama free.
