I purchased a deal through Angie's List, and this company did a great job for a great price. They were on time, polite and professional, very fast, and performed quality work. The carpet is old and worn, and they made it look beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

The gentlemen arrived timely at the appointed hour. They used proper footwear, immediately got to work and completed the house in approximately one hour. The only issue I had with the entire service was that it took 48 hours for the stairs to dry completely, and that was after I used fans. This may be fair as they took extra time and effort and due to the outdoor temps I was not able to open up the house to allow for quicker evaporation. I would definitely use them again, just need to remember for this type of service, the other seasons would be preferable.

They are off my list forever, and I am beginning to question the benefit of my subscription to Angie's list.

Showed up on time, honored their offer to clean carpet & additional furniture at the reduced price quoted on Angie's List. Overall a decent job for the low price; however, the service was lower quality than the big-name brands I've used in the past. No foam blocks under the furniture; puddles of water next to the area rug which they walked through and left wet footprints; and everything took MUCH longer to dry than any service I've used in the past 15 years. For the cheap price it was ok, but I wouldn't pay to use them again. Too inconvenient to clean up after them and wait more than 24 hours for furniture to dry.

We've used Select Carpets in the past ( discovered through this site) and have really liked their responsiveness and work quality. The second service was consistent with our first experience (sometimes this isn't the case). I will continue to call them based on their consistency and pricing.

It was fine. They were good. They didn't charge more than the deal. They were efficient and timely. They came in and did their job. They were pleasant.

I had purchased this deal quite a while ago, but ended up not using it due to the condition of the floor. I had forgotten about the deal until I received a call from Angie's list. When I contacted Selected, they informed me they couldn't switch the deal, but directed me to contact Angie's list for refund. Long story short, the conflict was resolved, and I was able to purchase the carpet cleaning I need. Just based on the responsiveness and desire to help me fix my problem, I would recommend. Review to come for carpet when service completed.

They were timely and conducted themselves professionally. The couches were cleaned. I have used this company in the past and will continue to utilize their services in the future. They are friendly, fast and competent.

He did a great job and in a relatively short period of time. All the animal stains came out and the material looked great. I was surprised that it worked so well. I had also scheduled carpet repair for that same day but the worker said it could not be repaired. (I had had some work done on it another time by someone else.) I appreciated his honesty.

It went fine. They came out right away. They didn't charge anything in addition. For $88, it was okay. I didn't think it was the best thing ever. But, it was fine for the price. I'll probably look for deeper cleaning on my carpets than what they provided. I would tell a friend that they were fine. I wouldn't strongly recommend them.

Two workers arrived at the end of the two hour time range that I was given. They were pleasant. Neither of them took their shoes off or wore covers to walk over my white carpeting. Cleaning two showers only took them about 10 minutes which surprised me. I hired professional grout cleaners thinking they would do a better job than myself, but they did not. My bathrooms were clean before these two men arrived, however, when they left I had to run the vacuum cleaner to remove lint and dirt bunnies from the floor. I said something to one of them about the dirt that was brought to my bathroom, and he said he was sorry about that. I always wipe my glass doors after showering and cleaning the grout, but both my shower doors were wet when they left.

They arrived promptly on-time. They went about their work diligently. There were a couple of tough stains that they were able to get out. They advised me of approximate drying time and made sure i looked over areas they had covered. I would hire them again.

It went okay. One room that they were...I guess it might have been a misunderstanding, they didn't do and I wasn't feeling well that day so I didn't get up and check behind them so I didn't realize until after they were gone but that is my fault because I didn't check. What they did do, was good. The price was pretty reasonable. I think it would have been an A if they had been able to get to that other room. The quality was good.

They were a bit late because their equipment broke. Other wise, everything was great. Corey and Steve did an excellent job cleaning and giving me bits of advice. The were very nice and pleasant too. Overall I'd say this is one of the best companies I have dealt with for carpet cleaning. Thanks guys!

The team was very professional and thorough. They moved the couches and smaller furniture to get everywhere they could. Their equipment was excellent and the team paid great attention to detail.
