Excellent service - thorough cleaning and sealing of the shower tile and grout. Very professional employees.

Selective did a great job and got out stains previous carpet cleaners had failed to remove. The drying time was impressive-- less than 24 hours to a completely dry carpet.

The tile and grout looked good as new after the cleaning! I had mentioned to the technician that I had vacuumed the carpet leading to the bathroom recently, and not only was he very polite about wearing shoe covers, he vacuumed the carpet again on his way out! This was a very thoughtful, unexpected gesture, and I will certainly consider Selective for carpet cleaning needs in the future, too!

It went well. I do not need their services again which is the only reason I said I would not hire again. I had some black grout and could not tell if it needed cleaning or grout. It turns out it needs regrouting. Selective does not do that.

There were two stains from where our dog threw-up. I made several attempts to remove the stains. They had improved significantly but were somewhat visible in our beige carpet. As they were leaving they put something on the stains. Over the next few days the stains turned pink. I've been trying to wash out whatever it was but are still two pink spots on our carpet. Also they said it'd be dry in about 6 - 8 hours. It was a nice day I had windows opened and fans blowing. It still took over 24 hours for some areas to dry. My feeling is they were in a hurry and didn't extract as well as they should have.

Excellent quality and delivery on all counts. $98 seemed a bit high for less than an hour of work.

It went very well. They were punctual, performed their work very well (removing soap scum) and did not leave any mess.

They did a great job. Efficient,pleasant, tile looked much better and they also did the small floor area which was not in the agreement. Plus they gave the front hall rug a quick clean before they left.

My floor is shockingly white and beautifully clean. Haven't seen it this nice since we moved in! Used a groupon coupon and scheduling was extremely easy and the company very professional.

The carpet was horrible to begin with. The tech made several attempts to remove stains that were of unknown origin and even though not all of the stains were able to be removed, they were reduced substantially. Ultimately the carpet looks a lot better than it did.

He was okay. I had all these spots marked on the floor on the carpet that I wanted him to pay attention to, but he came in and he took all my tape off and went ahead and squirted a few here and there. And when it was all done there were still some spots and he came back and squirted them again. I ended up washing the spots myself, so I wasn't too happy. I went to the effort of marking all the spots. The carpet is beige but it's kinda shaded, so you might not where all the spots were if you're looking at it one way or the other. I'd call it a mediocre job. The price was pretty good, I thought. For responsiveness, he came out pretty quick or whatever and when he returned it was within reason to do the touch-up stuff. I don't know if I paid any more than what the special offer was. I didn't have him do anything special on the carpet. Their punctuality was pretty good.

They were responsiveness and flexible on setting up a time, showed up in the window for service, were professional and courteous, and also offered help with a problem we had in the basement. Overall a great experience. The house smells great and the carpets look really clean again!

The carpet has never looked better. I will definitely hire them again!

I should have asked more questions before I purchased this service. I thought the grout lines were going to be sealed with white sealant not clear and would not have purchased this revive if I would have known that.
