It went well. The only area of grout, which does not look as clean as the rest is the high traffic area between the sink, refrigerator and stove. It looks even darker now because the rest of the surrounding ground is cleaner/lighter. I might have to regrout those areas. Overall, all of the tile and grout looks much cleaner. because they had the right tools and equipment to do a good job. The only temporary problem was that the installers said they do not normally move the refrigerator or stove to clean under them, but I told them I could move the appliances out and back (and I am 68-years-old), so I moved them out, they cleaned the area. and then they moved them back. Customers of any tile/grout cleaning company might want to check on whether these areas will be cleaned, too, because those two areas are often the dirtiest areas in the whole kitchen.

Fine, except the guys didnt pay attention to the fact i have wood floors, that ended up all wet. More attention to preventitive measures would have been appropriate. I had to clean up their puddles and dirt. Damaging my wood floors would have cost the co. big bucks.

Pretty well - I tried to point out the areas of the spots in the family room. The carpets turned out clean and I'm satisfied.

The owner was immediately responsive by email, to set up the appointment. The workman was punctual and professional. It was a very good experience, at a great (special) price.

Showed up just after the time window but did call ahead to let me know they were in route. Were both very polite and professional. Did not even flinch and gladly agreed when I asked them to add services to what they were already scheduled for, even though they had just finished a big job and were running a bit behind. Was overall a very positive experience. Only issue was residue left on the floor after sealing (came up easily with wet rag) and a few obvious spots in bathroom stall that should have come up with steam clean since I was able to remove easily with sponge. I wouldn't even mention residue if I had been warned, unsure if normal or not.

They were great. My extremely old carpets look fresh and new. They took care of pet stains, coffee stains and others that previous carpet cleaning companies weren't able to handle. It smells fresh and looks great. They did it quickly and efficiently. I will definately call them next time. (Also, I bought on a special offer but asked to delay it until my foster dogs were gone. It was several months and there was no hassle about it. I can't say enough good.
