When I asked them for a recommendation for a company in my area I never heard back from them. AL then contacted them and asked them to get in touch with me to perform the service I had paid for three weeks earlier and again, never heard from them.

Description of Work: Carpet restretch. They did a great job and were very friendly. They did not show up at the original appointment time on 12/5 and did not call. I called the office and they said they would get back to me. They did not call me back. I called again in Monday and had to schedule a new appointment. This time they arrived on time and did a great job.

Description of Work: Very prompt and professional, however the carpet stayed wet for 3+ days despite having fans, portable heater and heat turned up. Wet too long, so we had an odor problem, and some spots that still remained. Upon contacting, they came right out to remedy, but the smell and the spot still remain. We have bad allergies and asthma in our house, so this is a problem.

Description of Work: We bought a home and wanted the floor tile grout cleaned and sealed as advertised in an Angie's List deal. Having no experience with grout cleaning/sealing, we didn't really know what to expect. We added a 3'x6' shower to the package for $50, I'm sure they cleaned the tile walls and floor but it really didn't make much of an improvement. They arrived on time and began working right away and were very nice. What I didn't realize was that we were to stay off the seal for 72 hours and they didn't mention that the tiles would be sticky from the over-spray of the sealer. They also didn't indicate how to remove the over-spray. One of the areas was a bathroom where the grout had become dark/dirty particularly around the stool. When they were done, the area around the stool was almost white (overly so) but the other areas were still dark. A couple of the grout lines look especially bad. I sent questions about these issues through the messages on Angie's List (including pictures) but have still not received an answer. I don't believe we would have this done again. Also, now we have to figure out how to remove the sealer and do something to make the grout colors more even.
