Description of Work: |I have used Selective Carpet twice. The second time was to do only the stairs and the upstairs hallway where I have a big problem with pet stains. They did this area the first time but also did other areas. The stains re-appeared quite quickly so I asked them to concentrate on that the second time. So far, so good. I think it is as good as it can be all things considered. They are very cooperative and helpful. Yes, I would use them again for the right price.

Description of Work: We had two stains we were particularly worried about. One is greatly diminished, barely noticeable - and the other (a splash of nail polish that smeared horribly when I tried to clean it up) is actually much less noticeable, I don't know how but they reduced the intensity of it. We're quite pleased.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned furniture. It was okay. Found some of the sofa/chair cushions looked a bit "puffy" (ie., not laying flat) after they dried. I consider my furniture as "excellent quality", & was disappointed at the outcome.
