Description of Work: "The guys were friendly and polite. They did a very thorough. Job of both stretching and cleaning our carpet. It looks like new! We'll gladly call on them in the future. "

Description of Work: They cleaned 5 rooms which they first pretreated. Other companies I've had in the past have not done that. They also treated heavily stained areas. My living room and dining room run together which they considered as one room which was very nice. Not all companies do that. The 2 gentlemen who came out were very professional, very nice and friendly, and accommodating. And they were thorough. Would not go anywhere else in the future.

Description of Work: They did a wonderful job. Our puppy had really blasted our carpet. They came back to retouch spots at no charge.

Description of Work: They cleaned the bathroom tile. Not all of the tile was clean when they left. They put away their equipment before informing me that they were finished.

Description of Work: It took two days to have the job done. My appointment was scheduled from 12 to 2 on the first day... They came to look at the job at 7pm. I was promised they would be back no later than 10:30 the next morning. I called at 11:30 and spoke to the person doing the job; he said he was leaving right away... he arrived late afternoon. A phone call would have been appreciated when they knew they were delayed or were late leaving home.

Description of Work: My appointment was scheduled for between the times of 10 AM and 12 PM. I called them at noon and received a call back saying they would be here in a half hour. They never showed up until 2:00pm. The work performed was done very well, however there were a few scratches left in my floor molding.

Description of Work: They cleaned the grout between the tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. Did a great job, and yes I will call them again.

Description of Work: The tile and grout was cleaned. There were three small drops of paint that were on the tile. They were still there afterwards. The grout was not whiter. Some of the grout was vacuumed out. I can understand that as they used a high power scrubber and vacuum. I expected the grout to look lighter, but it didn't. It was an okay job, But I could have done better on my hands and knees with a scrub brush. I will do that next time.

Description of Work: Pre-trestle all stains and then cleaned the large living room, stairs, upstairs landing and three bedrooms. The guys were punctual, professional and very efficient and pleasant. I would definitely recommend using them.
