Description of Work: I brought the service thru Angie's list. He was tardy. He did the hallway ok, however when I came upstairs to go to bed,I noticed that he had cutted off too much carpet between the hallway and back bedroom. He also need to cover his shoes when working in people houses. |

Description of Work: The tile looked the same as before the cleaning and there doesn't seem to be any sealer applied. When we have had this service done in the past water would bead over the sealed area. You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Bought the $88 big deal, which included carpet cleaning for 3 rooms. I added a rug for another $20. Very professional, and drastically improved appearance of carpets. Came within their 2 hour window, but did not give a courtesy call ahead (though not a major issue for me since they were on time). Very satisfied overall.

Description of Work: I had the upstairs bedroom and one area rug cleaned and supposedly scotch guarded. It took less than 15 minutes. They did arrive on time. I walked through afterward. I have to say that at first I wasn't sure if the rugs looked better or were just wet. After the first week both rugs looked dirtier than they did before. Every time something was dripped or dropped on either carpet it just seemed to settle in rather than bead up. The area rug now looks so dingy and dirty I'm thinking of just discarding it. I haven't contacted the provider as I expect the first experience to be representative of the work in general.
