Description of Work: They were on time, professional and courteous. The only problem was that the cleaning mix they used left our carpet sticky. They made it right by rinsing all the areas previously "cleaned" at no additional cost.

Description of Work: Moved some furniture and lifted the carpet from one edge. Then the stretched it and trimmed the excess, put the furniture back. I asked them to repair a place the cat had scratched which they did very well.
