Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

This is the third time I have used Selective Carpet cleaning. I have two areas that seem to attract pet accidents. These guys do a good job of removing the stains and cleaning these areas (living room, stairs and hallway).

The team of two did the job just fine. If I employed them I would require belts on their pants that spared customers from having to view the consequences of sagging pants. It wasn't until after they left that I realized they did not use plastic to protect books on a nearby shelf from getting wet. I wiped them down and did not sustain serious damage.

They were a little late getting here but the work went very well. Carpets look great. Our only concern is that their process left carpets wetter than we have had in previous cleanings so it has taken longer to dry than in the past. They also seemed to spray their "prep" chemicals on the carpet without much care for the big furniture that was left on the carpet so we had to wipe down the furniture and baseboards around the whole area. Seemed like they were rushing because they were a bit late getting here. But overall the work went well and the carpet looks great.

They did a good job. They did not charge me more than the big deal that I purchased. They came out pretty quickly to do it They didn't make me wait a long time to schedule it. I think it was a fair price. I did not have any trouble at all getting it scheduled.

6 rooms cleaned for a great price. Professional and thorough and NO upselling like a major chain we used to use. Will use again.

This was a great experience. I purchased the special - two rooms for $79. When they were here I added on the carpeted landing and stairs going to our basement, a 9 x 12 area rug and cleaning and sealing the grout in my half bath. The total cost for all the work was $189 ( including the original $79). The guys who did the work were courteous and efficient.

Good, they did have a mishap with a hose but they quickly took care of the issue and even threw in some free stuff for the trouble.

They did a great job, had a few mishaps with hoses but fixed what they did. they did get spots and stains out that others had not been able to get during past cleanings. very nice guys who came to the house!

I was satisfied with both. The floor cleaning did a wonderful job. My only complaint is the equipment chipped the quarter round and I will have to repaint. I will consider to use them again in the future.

It went okay. The only complaint I had was that they came in and did a real quick, kind of once over. They did surface cleaning, not a deep cleaning. On the chair it didn't particularly look like anything cleaned at all. I saw them clean it, but they went over the surface so fast.

Selective Carpet does a wonderful job. This is the third time we've used them, and they were great each time. The technicians took their time. This wasn't a rush job. They worked on pet stains and removed them. They spent extra time on dirty areas. They also moved light furniture and put plastic pieces under each leg of furniture so that there would be no bleed through while the carpeting dried. This company is terrific.

We had all of the carpeted areas of our home cleaned and the experience was the best it could possibly be. This was our first time using Selective Carpet Cleaning and there is no better customer service possible than what we received today. Every person we dealt with from the time we called to schedule to the service provided in our home today was professional and knowledgeable. Our carpets look amazing. The guys called half an hour before the time window to let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly and asked me to show them the scope of the work and quickly went to it. I don't think II have ever had a better job done!

Extremely well. They called and verified my purchase and set up a date. The men called to give me a heads up when they were on their way (30 min away). Men were very professional and explained all they were to do and how they would treat several small spots. I am very pleased and have given Angie's link for their company.

Results were satisfactory except for 2 areas. The crew was prompt, courteous and got right to work. After the carpet dried, we noticed some reddish colored stains in one area and one of two sets of steps were not as clean as expected. I notified Jason Trierweiler via email and he responded promptly, apologized and offered to send the crew back out at no charge under a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. They did so and the results were better. The stains are almost gone and the stairs look a little better.

No complaints at all. The two men were polite, attentive to task and did a fine job.
