Description of Work: I purchased the deal. Made an appointment for them to come out and look at my tile and give me a quote. The gentleman said he would not be able to do much for me, tested a small area in order to show me. The area he "cleaned" looked no different from the rest of the floor. I told him I would not be interested in having the services performed since there would be no difference. I wish he would have asked more questions when I first called him to have him come give me a quote. I think with a bit more attention to the details he could have saved himself a trip. He was a nice guy, just couldn't help me out.
