Quickly came out and did an estimate the same day and also was able to do the repairs the same day. Showed pictures of all the issues after inspecting the roof and provided a detailed quote. Work was done quickly and showed the "after" pictures showing the fixes.

Everyone was very professional in their actions, kept me informed, and answered all of my questions during the process. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment. The estimate is thorough and provides details that are beneficial when comparing quotes (e.g. separating labor from materials, itemizing material costs, etc). They alerted me to ventilation issues and explained criteria involved with bringing the house up to current building codes.This is valuable information to me considering I am new to the business of owning an income property. In comparing quotes, I believe Renaissance gave the most thorough estimate. They kept their appointment (other roofing contractors never showed up). They answered all my questions and I feel like I am making an informed decision. I intend to sign a contract with Renaissance to get the job done. I assigned a 'B' grade to Price because they were neither the least nor most expensive.

What a great experience. I contacted the company about the needed repair for my elderly parents. They scheduled an estimate within a week, confirmed the appointment by email, were timely for the estimate, emailed me about the estimate and completed the repair by the end of the week. They also called the morning of the repair to confirm. Most companies would not bother with a small repair but Renaissance Roofing does it right. This small repair could lead to an opportunity for a bigger job. I know I will use them again and would in good conscience recommend them to a friend or neighbor. Thank you for restoring my faith in contractors.

I forgot to do this review last year but better late than never. One of the best companies and group of people with which I've ever had the pleasure of dealing. The process was painless and the products they use are top of the line. I wanted to have complete confidence that my money was being well spent and they proved to me many times over that they will enthusiastically back up their claims to provide superior services and product. Their employees are the best of the best and I cannot praise them enough, from the office staff to the onsite work team. This is a company that can teach others the better ways to do business. True enough, they said upfront that their quote would not be the cheapest to find and it wasn't. But I would find it hard to believe that any one of their competitors could take a job from A to Z as well as they can. I'm pretty sure that my roof will be secure long after I'm in the ground and they are too, because their warranty covers both products AND workmanship for the life of the roof (around 50 years!). I wanted to be secure in knowing that I would never have another roof problem in my lifetime and Don and his team can and did provide it. I gave them all A's except in price, but that isn't really a knock on them. It's just that, HOLY COW I can't believe I spent 14K on my roof. So much for my retirement Harley.... but better than a wet or cold head.

I was not home during the inspection. It was recommended that I have a mason repair the chimney, which I did.i

The communication was very professional and they came on-time and complete the work with details reports and pictures. The pictures came really hand to get the major issues with missing shingles fixed.

They replaced our entire roof. We went with the 2nd lowest package that they offer. They had a huge crew complete the work in one day, and they did an excellent job picking up nails and debris once completed. A couple complaints: They killed some of my flowers, but in all fairness, they tried to cover them up and they mostly died from heat from buckets and blankets covering them. Also, noticed some smudging on our siding from dirty handprints, had to point them out to the crew manager to fix. We also have gutter guards, and noticed that some were not replaced evenly upon job completion. We had to point them out to the crew manager, again, to fix. We noticed more that were askew later, after they left. Again, in all fairness, they didn't charge us extra to remove and replace our gutter guards while redoing our roof. (Other companies were going to charge us as much as $1,000 extra to "deal" with out gutter guards while replacing our roof). Note: We have a two story colonial-type home that is 13 years old and approximately 2,000 SF. They didn't have to replace ANY plywood underneath the old shingles, so we didn't have to pay extra for that. The price we paid included a spring-discount and a special discount negotiated with the owner (military). I truly believe that even without the special military discount, this company is the most fairly-priced among their area competitors and did a great job. Good luck in your roofing-contractor search!

Jack, the manager, came out promptly to give an estimate and took about 45 minutes walking around and inside the garage, He explained there was much rotted wood that needed replacing due to the holes so this was not a simple re-roofing job. He gave us a beautiful brochure about their business and assured us they would do a quality job and we would never have to touch the roof again. He e mailed the proposal that afternoon, as promised, with 4 price options with very detailed descriptions, and told us which option we should choose which was the second lowest. We had bids from other companies, some who I had to "chase" down for an estimate after inspection, but none were as professional as Renaissance. They called Monday and said they would be there on Tuesday between 7 and 8 am to do the roof. They showed up on time, let us know they were there, and worked non stop til the job was finished at 5:30 pm. They replaced so much bad wood before they even got to the roof shingles - much more involved than putting a new roof on a new building. Jack came by to check everything was being done. Everything was tarped and the debris was hauled away and we were left with a brand new roof that was water tight. We are very happy with Renaissance Roofing and their professionalism and dedication. Would not hesitate to use them again. It's nice to have a company do exactly what they say they are going to do. If it weren't for membership in Angie's List we would never have known about them.

Everyone was very professional. Communication from office personnel to roofers was excellent. Fixing damaged area cost a little more but I am confident there will not be a problem in the future.

I worked with Jack W on this proposal. He is extremely knowledgeable and really took his time to review my project and answer all of my questions. It was important to him to make sure I understood my project and what situations could arise and impact the final cost of the project. In the end I didn't end up using Renaissance for this project but would definitely recommend contacting them for your project.

Called Rennaissance Roofing after a previous roofer didn't even bother to show up. Our garage roof was literally falling down and leaking. They came out promptly and gave an accurate estimate. They were very responsive to any questions, and we did not feel pressured at all. The price was steep- I'm sure I could have gotten a much cheaper garage roof, but we were willing to pay a bit more for higher quality and for the professionalism. They kept in contact with me during the job while I was at work to let me know what was going on, and afterwards they came out for a final walkthrough. Plus, my pets loved Jack, which was a good sign! If you are willing to pay a bit more, I would definitely go with Rennassaince.

They came out when it was frozen, so they did not do much. They did a good job cleaning the gutters and never came back. I am not unhappy with them, it was just one of the gutters was frozen, so they could not do anything about that. They came out about month after I purchased the big deal. They never called me back, so I had to hire somebody else. I would not hire them again. The pricing was fine. They were on time.

Don, the owner, did an inspection and provided a written quote during his visit. He answered all my questions. He pointed out why the 15 year old ridge cap deteriorated before its expected life time. He showed me the materials to be used in the repair work. I recommend talking with him because he is friendly and straight forward in what he is offering. The workers were on time. They were both young men who answered my many questions about what they were doing. Both men were well-spoken and professional. The ridge cap looks great. I was pleased that the work was done two days after receiving an estimate since there was a small hole in the ridge cap and rain was leaking in. The price was a little high, but the quality and quick service were worth it.

They did the whole project in a day and a half. I liked how professional they were. They laid down tarps while doing the work and removed all the nails with a metal attractor. They cleaned up very well. We originally met with the owner who gave us clear pricing and explained our options. I was impressed by him because we had a leak and he fixed the leak on the spot prior to us even hiring him for the roof replacement.

The owner came out and inspected both the exterior of the roof and interior of the attic above the garage. He explained what he believed was causing the issue of the water leak and provided me with an estimate of repairs. I scheduled the work to be completed and within a week the repairs were done. It wasn't necessary for me to be home when the company came to complete the repairs. I was very satisfied from the beginning with the contact on the phone with the company to the inspection with the owner to the completion of the job.

Two guys arrived on schedule and quickly and efficiently made the repairs as contracted. Some of the flashing around the edges was replaced as well. Replaced shingles were sealed with tar.

Donald showed up on time at my house to investigate if it was a roofing issue causing the leaks into my basement (looked like water flowing behind the brick). After about 10 minutes, he concluded it didn't look like a roofing issue. I was bummed, since I knew this leak investigation was costing me 95 bucks. However, he spent about 45 minutes helping me to try to narrow down what the problem might be. He gave me some good ideas and tried to help me diagnose what the problem might be (dug a hole near the foundation, sprayed water to try and determine where the leak was originating from, etc..). While 95 bucks was still quite a bit (and it was what I agreed to), his extra help did make it much easier to give him the 95 bucks.. Donald was professional and helpful, I would definitely consider him for any roofing work if I required it in the future..

The friendly, hard working team was professional and they arrived at exactly 7:00 a.m. in the morning as planned. The team completed our large roof in one day around 8:30 p.m. They brought their own water and supplies. The workers were well organized and supervised. All of the men worked hard the entire day. They cleaned up well too. I would highly recommend this company to my friends or family.

They provided a thorough and prompt estimate of replacement cost for our home, garage and shed roofs. Very professional and well mannered. We were given 4 cost options based on style, quality and level of systems available. The price I listed was nearer the top of choices that we would have gone with. The prices were very competitive and fair. I believe they would have done a great job and regret I waited till the following summer and we made a different choice. They also sent a follow up note and thank you even though we did not use them. Very thoughtful.

Wanted a quote to repair my roof. They said I would have to pay $95 for the quote. Great deal eh?
