I was so pleased they were able to find the leak in my roof (roof not originally done by them) and repair it same day! They do good work & for a good price. Turns out it was the owner who came out & worked on it so not to leave me in a jam! Very honest company and didn't try to sell me on a new roof.

Honest, reliable and best roofing company. We had Advance Roofing and another company do Roof leak repair. Both did not hold up, it started leaking more. Both companies did not explain well and Advance Roofing charged almost $1K and the other company half that. Saw all the good reviews about Renaissance roofing and called them, the lady that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and told me upfront they charge $95 to inspect the leak and if they repair they will take it off the final bill. Don showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me pictures of damage and where the problem was. I know Advance roofing did nothing in the area where the issue was found. The other company did something there but did not do it correctly, they added more caulk causing more leak. Don diagnosed it properly, fixed all the issues and tested it. The other two companies I asked for pictures and they would not share it with me. Another couple of companies I called tried to rip me off by saying my roof is bad and needs total roof replacement (they send sales people,not repair person) and i asked them how much they charge for new rood and quoted ridiculous amount for roof replacement (I researched online and with neighbors and I know for the size of my home it should not cost more than $7K to $13K), by the way my roof is only 11 years old. I am extremely happy with the way he repaired it, the explanation and pictures of the repair gives me reassurance. Finally I found an honest business. I highly recommend Renaissance Roofing for all your roofing needs. Out of 5 I want to give them 10 stars. Thank you so much Don. Appreciate it.

It went great!!! Don, recommended an innovative eave venting system that is put behind the gutter. The workmanship was first class. I watched the guys do the work. Flashing is key and they made sure the flashing went up the walls 6 to 8 inches. They paid extra attention to the weak points which are the corners . They used the GAF Liberty system Which doesn't require nails other than to attach the metal drip edges. All the nails were covered with roofing tar and the Liberty system went over the top. The first layers of the system was place over the roof edge and adhered to the side walls. The plastic siding was removed and reinstalled appropriately. They also did a great job on adding insulation.. The cleanup was perfect and they protected everything .with tarps and 4x8 wood sheets as appropriate.

Came out on one day’s notice and completed job the same day. Very professional and good work. And unlike some companies they do repairs.

Don was very friendly and straight forward with his assessment and recommendation. He was knowledgeable and experienced. We went ahead with his suggestions and he got the work done right away, on the same day. We were very happy with it.

Excellent. Jack came out soon after I had requested service. He gave a fair estimate and the work was completed within a week. It is extremely difficult to find a roofing company that does repairs. When you find one, you have a <50% chance of them showing up. Scheduling the appointment with Renaissance Roofing was smooth, they honored the appointment, gave good advice, and made a timely repair. They do business the right way and do it well.

Don the owner arrived 20 minutes early, gave me all the info on the company, insurance requirements and brochure, proceeded to do the job took about two hours, repaired the problem showed me pictures during the investigative part in finding the leak, cleaned up everything and left.

Professional and Knowledgeable, Highly Recommend We developed a leak in our roof and while we could have delayed getting new shingles, we decided to shop around for a new roof and attic ventilation. We obtained four quotes from local companies: One selling Atlas rubber shingles was a little pricey and the quote process seemed to focus on a pretty presentation including a Go-Pro video. However, we were not impressed with what seemed to be a lack of substance and expertise (salesman had no roofing experience). We also did not like the roof-edge ventilation system as it did not seem like an optimal solution. They also bad-mouthed their competition, telling me if I could get the job done for less, the contactor was lying to me. I don’t think so. Quote competitively, stand behind your quote confidently and trust your prospective customer will make the right decision. Another company sent out a representative that again seemed to lack detailed knowledge. I don’t think he even climbed up on the roof. We also learned they use sub-contracted crews to do their installs, not their own team. Yet another company had far too much fine print in their agreement. It all seemed to be geared toward protecting them, not us. We were most comfortable with Don at Renaissance. Don took the time to do a detailed inspection of the roof AND attics! He clearly possesses the required knowledge and expertise. We feel he gave a frank and honest assessment of our roof and what he thought was the cause of our leak. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and he did not try to up-sell us on unnecessary extras. We felt the quoted price including adding 20+ soffit vents was fair and competitive. Don also provided a quote for only fixing the leak, but we decided to have the shingles replaced instead. Once we hired Renaissance for the new roof, Don came out the same day and provided a temporary fix so we wouldn’t get any more water in the house. That was nice! The Renaissance crew showed up on time and completed the job in a day and half. This included a complete tear-off, nailing down the entire deck (many of the boards were loose), replacing rotten 1x6’s, installing new ridge vents and a complete new GAF roofing system. They also added more than 20 soffit vents and baffles for some much needed attic ventilation. One minor issue was quickly addressed to our complete satisfaction. Our new roof looks great and we love it! Overall, we are completely happy with our experience with Don and Renaissance. No question that we made the right decision. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family for their new roofing needs. We would definitely hire them again. We feel we received a beautiful, solid, high-quality new roof system and ventilation that we will enjoy for many years to come at a price that came in as quoted with no surprises and peace of mind. What more can a homeowner ask for?

I needed a complete roof replacement, including tearing off the old wood. The owner, Don DePriest, came out for the estimate. He spent two, unrushed hours going over various details of the job, including shingle types and colors, wood options and ventilation considerations. He even fixed a couple of nail holes while he was inspecting the roof. He was extremely polite and professional and truly listened to all of my questions and needs. One of the most important topics we discussed was ventilation (fascia vents, solar powered vents and baffles), which the two other companies I met with did not even mention. This was important to me since my house has very few soffit vents. I decided to get all of the aforementioned vents and baffles, GAF Ultra HD shingles, along with an upgrade to 1/2" OSB wood. I was kept up to date with scheduling by Cassie, who was also very polite, professional and friendly. The crew arrived a few minutes before their scheduled appointment to get ready, so they were very punctual. Robby was the crew foreman and he had a crew of 7 people: Anthony, Albert, Aaron, Trey and three guys named Mike. (It was surprisingly easy to tell the three of them apart!) THESE GUYS WORK HARD!! Robby ran a tight ship. They put a lot of effort into their work. They were efficient, professional and polite, just like their owner Don. I found out they are Don's only crew, so he makes sure they treat the customer like the way they want to be treated. They did a fantastic job! They protected my windows and shrubs and cleaned as they went about their work. They also did a great job on my chimney flashing, which had deteriorated and looked quite shabby. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The finished roof looks outstanding! They also did a very thorough job with the cleanup, including using a leaf blower to blow all the debris from the roof, gutters and surrounding area. The nail rake picked up just about every loose nail. Since completion, I've only found one nail and a small piece of an old shingle. I am 100% satisfied with Renaissance Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work. Don and his crew are fantastic. I highly respected their work ethic and how they went about their duties. I'd love to do business with them again, but it will probably take 25 years since they did such an outstanding job on the roof!! Final note: I waited two months before submitting my review to make sure there were no problems with the roof, shingles or vents. We've had a few severe storms and high winds during that time and I'm happy to report that I've had no problems with the roof materials or installation. (And if you read articles about roof advice, the installation is just as important, if not more important, than the materials.)

We called Renaissance Roofing after witnessing first hand the amazing job they did the year prior on my neighbors roof. I have to say from the first call requesting an appointment for a quote to the completed install was amazing. When I called to make an appointment they were professional and quick to make a date and time that worked for me. When Don arrived for the appointment to provide a quote he was very professional and never tried to hard sell us. He showed us what our options were and let us decided. The office staff kept us well informed while we awaited our installation date. On the installation date the crew arrived at 7:30AM as scheduled worked non-stop until 5:30PM. The crew was very professional throughout the entire job, no foul language or bad behavior was ever observed. They even took time to greet my daughter after school which she loved. The crew used a few of my existing vents to save me money and went to the store to purchase black paint to paint them black to match the new roof. Following the installation the crew spent over an hour cleaning up, I still have failed to find a single nail in the yard. Everything went well. Contact with the office and at the worksite was easy and pleasant. They were responsive to all of our concerns. Work was conducted thoroughly and professionally. I watched the crew for some time and could see that they were more efficient than I had expected. Everything was finished in a day including the roof, insulation, cleanup, and some "custom" work on a smaller roof section. Their pricing was in line with other estimates I had. Overall, I felt they were more trustworthy and professional for the same money.

They showed up promptly. My three-year old driveway was protected with OSB sheets from any potential damage by the delivery truck and dumpster trailer. At the end of day one all but some of the flashing and eve vents were finished. On day two the crew leader finished the eve vents and flashing. Great attention to detail on the flashing. Throughout the job the crew was friendly and courteous. All of my questions were answered during the job; every time I went outside to see how the job was proceeding Jason(?), the crew leader, always stopped to see if I had any questions. When I had a question he even took a closeup picture with my cellphone show I could see in better detail. Upon completion, all debris was thoroughly cleaned up. They even had Wimsatt (the material supplier) stop by to see if I wanted any of their delivery truck tire marks cleaned from my driveway.

Don DePriest, the owner and roofing specialist, came out soon after I called and spent at least two hours looking at all the evidence of leaks inside our house, in the attic and then on the roof. He very carefully inspected all areas involved in detail. When he finished he came in an sat down at the kitchen table and gave us his assessment. He explained his findings, showed us rusty roofing nails he had pulled which showed that water was getting under the roof. He even made temporary fixes in several places, including a large crack in the top of the solar panel area of the roof that was letting in a lot of rain. He told me to watch for leaks in that area during the next rain to be sure his temporary fix had taken care of that area. I didn't see any further leaks in the attic area. We needed to get the useless solar panels off the roof, tear off the three layers of old roofing under them, replace the wood affected by the leaks and reroof that entire portion as well as repair several other places where the roof was leaking. We decided to reroof the entire East side that faces the street, and only a portion of the West side that was where the solar panel had been removed. Don was able to find the exact same shingles that were used in the previous roof 20+ years ago and are no longer being manufactured. After they were finished both sides of the roof looked perfect. It matches everywhere with no visible patches. The entire job turned out great! I would recommend Renaissance Roofing Inc to anyone.

Excellent. The company took time to thoroughly explain options for both materials and construction features for both an "apples to apples" replacement roof and an improved roof design with newer technologies. All written quotes were complete and clear. Subsequent communications were prompt and agreed upon installation dates were met. Customer service was fast and friendly, especially when helping with insurance company questions and communications. The work completed was excellent, with attention paid to the smallest of details. Any roof structure deficiencies, discovered after tear off, were repaired to "as new" condition, at reasonable, previously quoted costs. The completed roof looks great and should provide many, many years of secure protection.

From time of estimate through project completion, I was kept completely informed by our Project Manager, Jack. The skilled work crew, led by Robby, took all precautions to protect our and our neighbor's property, performed the job with exceptional craftsmanship and left the property spotless without any evidence of roof work (other than my new roof!).

The Renaissance crew, 8 strong ready to work. They stripped the roof off quickly and found all of roof decking was rotted due to poor ventilation. After we OK'd it they redecked the whole roof which drove the job into a second day. Each crew member had a specific job and there was leader/supervisor who kept everyone on task. I was pleasantly surprised how each job was completed with accuracy. All contractors should approach their business as Renaissance does. Great! Don and the team were great. Came out and did a very thorough inspection with pictures of the roof and provided great detail on the issues and concerns. Price was competitive and the team was flexible with our timing. We were even able to see pictures of our house with different color shingles. Overall, great experience.

Renaissance Roofing was so responsive in helping locate and fix our roof leak - they came out to us, as a brand new customer, on the same day that well called. We were so thankful as more rain was forecasted. Not only did they fix the leak same-day but they inspected the rest of the roof and called attention to some other issues. Fast forward, it turned out there was a documented manufacturer's defect with our prior shingles and we were able to get repairs through that warranty (we had purchased when we had the roof done by a different company several years before). Of course we had Renaissance do the repair (re-roofing) work...and they did a wonderful job. A+! Thank you!

Don at Renaissance was amazing. He came out promptly when we had a leak in our roof. Upon evaluating the situation he found our shingles were in declining condition even though it was a newer roof. He advised us of our warranty situation and was able to help us get the roof replaced. He and his team did an outstanding job start-to-finish.
