Description of Work: They repaired a few shingles that were lost due to a recent storm. The guys were on time and very professional. They explained what they were going to do and why. Granted the job was not a huge job but I would us them again. My one minor complaint is that they didn't call me to let me know when they scheduled the actual job. I had to call the office to find out when they planned to come by to do the work.

Description of Work: They did several repairs to my roof to stop a leak. I did not compare prices as a couple of companies I contacted before did not show up to give an estimate. I then joined Angie's list and contacted Renaissance Roofing. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job.

Description of Work: I was not sure if I needed a new roof. Jack from Renaissance Roofing came out, and did a through inspection of my roof. He was very professional and explained all the things he looked at. In the end, he estimated I can get another five years from my roof. I appreciate this company's professionalism and honesty.

Description of Work: We had an apparent roof leak with some ceiling dry wall damaged. They came out and did a thorough inspection and showed us the real problem was a improperly sealed Radon exhaust that was condensing water in the pipe and the last elbow was not properly sealed allowing the condensate to drip into the insulation. The installer of the Radon equipment will correct the issue. Very impressive and thorough job.

He knew, after our meeting, that he did not ordinarilly provide the requested repair for the type of roof he normally worked on, but gave me his opinion and offered suggestions as to what I should do and what my next step should be. Description of Work: Mr. DePriest arrived on time and performed a very thorough estimate. He walked on the roof for about 35 minutes taking careful measurments and notes. He did a quick (sealer) repair when he noticed a spot for potential leakage. The area he repaired was indeed slowly leaking inside the house. I had 4 estimates and Mr. DePriest's was the most thorough and allowed for the most customization. He quoted so I could pick the roof level and services I wanted. He didn't oversell nor did he try to push items he didn't think we needed. His quote was within the other 3... not too much higher or lower and we settled on a fair price. Once we agreed on the shingle type as well at venting, underlayment, etc., he provided me with a written summary. I signed and we set a date. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They did a great job with the roof. The owner, Mr. DePriest came out a few times during the 2 days and made sure the job was going as planned. His crew seemed self-directed and they were very neat with the job. Cleanup was also thorough. My roof is large but I could find little remants of anything leftover. With the professionalism and thoroughness of this company, I can recommend them to anyone in need of a roof (and already have).

Description of Work: I asked tor receive an estimate to replace my sunroom roof because it was leaking. Donald was very prompt is getting out and taking a look. He determined that it was not a roofing issue and told me I needed to contact a sun room repair person. I appreciated that he was honest with me about what repairs were needed.

Description of Work: Good Roof Pkg plus Upgrades, Replaced two Skylights. New cement Chimney Cap. Installed several roof vents. Arrived about 7:15 AM. Backed a dump truck to Garage door, so old roofing & junk went into the open dump. No huge box for trash, that takes forever to be removed from the driveway. This is a single level house. and they set up tall pieces of plywood to protect the house. Work went smoothly all day and were finished about 7pm. The crew was well behaved and polite. Our house is about 1700sq. ft.. I cann't tell you how well organized this crew was. It was like they had prepated for any disaster. What a pleasant experience the whole operation was. From talking to the owner and getting an estimate that both my wife & I under stood.
