Our belief is that "It takes more than shingles to make a roof." We have been awarded 14 times the Angie's List Super Service Award in Roofing since 2007! One of few contractors in southeast Michigan that has achieved that accomplishment. We have been family owned and operated for over 25 years located in Plymouth and serving Western Wayne, Washtenaw, and portions of Oakland Counties. We have our own manufacturer certified employees. We're also one of a handful of contractors in Michigan who were awarded GAF's highest honor, the President's Club, from 2012 - 2023. We strive for high quality installation along with using high quality materials with complete customer satisfaction. We look forward to providing you with our honest opinion on your roofing repair or replacement project.

Description of Work: RENAISSANCE ROOFING INC showed up on time and completed a full inspection and made immediate need shingle repairs. He recommended repairs that should be done and preventative work that could be done. He texted pictures of areas of concern and provided a written description and estimate of recommended work. He answered all my questions and left his number if I had additional questions. I would highly recommend their services.

They finished the job in one day. They were a professional company. They covered landscape to prevent damage. There were some questions as to how many boards actually were replaced.
Description of Work: Tear down of two layers. Installed new shingles and replaced some boards.

Renaissance Roofing has replaced roofing on several houses of my neighbors. They all have recommend Don and his crew highly. So do I!!! True professionals. The job was done as promised:Quality workmanship and on time. My wife was especially happy to see how careful they were about not harming her flowers around the house. The experience, personal care and attention to detail that Don brings to the job makes the difference.
Description of Work: Complete tear off of shingles and deck boards. Insulate ceiling, install new deck boards, install new roofing, install roof vent.

Renaissance Roofing, Inc. did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They were careful around our landscaping and cleaned up everything. I liked the fact that the owner, Don, was on the job site most of the time and was always available to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this company.

THEY WERE VERY HARD WORKERS. IT ONLY TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO GET THE ROOF DONE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID THEIR JOB VERY WELL. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.
