I had told Don that I had a roll of trim aluminum that would match the existing color of the damaged trim which his crew used after Don called to remind me to deliver the site ( House is a rental). Don was a very good communicator....tracking me down at home when my cell phone went out !! I wouldn't use anyone else !

We had a terrible leak into our home due to ice jams. The company called back the same day, came out the next day, and diagnosed the problem. They provided services to alleviate the immediate problem and made recommendations for the long term solutions, including providing references to an insulation company. Great service, they know what they are doing.

Everything was done in one day. I am very relieved and it went wonderfully. I would highly recommend him. His price was very reasonable.

They were accurate as to cost and time to completion. The care taken not to harm the area around the barn and the items within the barn was great. They put down tarps to keep debris off of surfaces. The clean up afterwards took several hours and they left the site essentially free of nails and all debris was gone.

From estimate to finish, the job went exactly as planned. Don and his crew caught and repaired many items that previous contractors had either ignored or were unable to fix. He also recommended additional attic insulation, which has increased the comfort level of our home. The workers were punctual, polite and cleaned up the job site. They showed up when they said they would and worked long hours in horrible weather to get the job done. I am very satisfied with the job and would recommended Renaissance Roofing without hesitation. The office staff are friendly and helpful, as well. All in all, everyone that I had contact with at this company was great to work with.

I called Renaissance Roofing because I was looking for someone to patch a roof leak and this company has an excellent rating on the list. Soon after I called, Don DePriest, the owner of the company said he would come out and inspect the problem. He got up on the roof and took pictures, so he could show me about the leak. He then proceeded with patching the roof to stop the leak. After he was done patching the roof, he showed me the pictures and explained some short comings of my roofing job that had been done only 14 years ago. He told me this patch would hold temporarily, but I should consider at least getting a partial new roof and correcting some of the problems he identified. When I inquired, Don explained some of the options I could consider with regards to a long term fix and gave me a packet of information about his company and estimates of various options from fixing to getting a complete new roof. He talked about not having enough attic ventilation and insulation which contributed to the leak problem. He told me I did not owe him anything for patching the roof and said if I was interested in having his company do the work to let him know. Because of the roof leak we had water damage in the attic and inside the house. We found a company to do the inside work through our home owners insurance and we had limited coverage for the attic repairs. We had decided to replace the entire roof to insure we would not have any additional leaks. Renaissance roofing gave us a good price. They volunteered to work with the company that was doing the attic repairs and they coordinated the work to allow easier access to the attic which made the repairs to the attic less costly. This was an additional reason for picking Renaissance Roofing besides their rating on the list. The owner, Don DePriest will make sure you are happy with the work his company does. He has a good crew and his workers are friendly and respectful. His company packet of information includes roofing certifications, references, previous customers we could look at, insurance, etc. and is very inclusive of what you would want to see in well run company. We decided to have blown in cellulose insulation done and smart facia venting put on at the same time, since they had access to the attic area. An inspector that looked in the attic said the insulation job was very good. Both companies worked well together and we got the attic repairs and roofing job done at the same time. The roofers cleaned up well after they were done and the entire job took 1 day. Mr. DePriest wants you to be completely satisfied with his job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof or roof repair.

They did a pretty good job. We will have to wait to see what happens in the Winter. They were very prompt. They also worked incredibly hard. They also did a very good job of cleaning up. The price was competitive, about the same as the others.

This was the third roofing company I had do work. The others cost me a lot of money, but did not fix the roof. This company came out to determine the cause and offered a suggestion to re-caulking before pulling up the roof. $70 and two months later, I have no leaks. I highly recommend them.

It was an excellent experience! There were no surprises!! They also found that there was a vent stack that was never vented through the roof during house construction and they repaired it. The owner, Don, and his lead person are on top of everything in a very professional manner.

They removed some roofing boards once the roof was stripped and did the work from the roof. They added proper vents and re-did 2 exhaust vents. This was done during a roofing job

They are pretty easy to work with and there pricing is very reasonable. They are also pretty good with getting back with us on calls. We are still waiting to get the whole project done.

They where very friendly when they where there working for me. They where very professional about the job. They always showed up on time to do the work.

Owner Don DePriest showed up at my request to assess leak problems I had been experiencing. He introduced himself and immediately handed me a folder containing a copy of his insurance certificate, reference list, affiliations list, BBB certificate, other certifications including Angie's List '07 Super Service Award and an extensive list of homes organized by roof shinge color (so I could see what color might look best for me). I indicated I was strongly considering a complete reroof as a solution. Mr. DePriest indicated he would provide a quote for just a repair and also a complete reroof. He scaled the roof to assess the situation, taking several digital photos of problem areas, measuring the roof and even inserted a piece of flashing in a problem leak area as a temporary fix. Mr. DePriest gave me the two bids as promised. Since Renaissance was my 4th and last company to bid the project, I could easily see that Renaissance was the company I would chose. For reasons as follows: 1. Mr. DePriest offered to do just a fix (repair and reroof of front portion of house/garage) since most of the roof still had a few years left in it. He did not try to sell me a complete roofing job, though he was will to quote one to me. 2. It was the owner who came to do the quote, not a sales person. 3. Renaissance uses their own crew and does one job at a time. 4. Mr. DePriest described what needed to be done and provided a detailed quote sheet. 5. Renaissance was among the lowest bidders and lower by several thousand dollars vs. the only other company I was seriously considering for the job. The job was completed in two long days. Removal of the old roof was done in steps, just ahead of the repairs and reshingle. At the end of the 1st day the job was half done and the roof left in a condition that rain would not cause problems. Upon completion of the job clean up was thorough and Mr. DePriest reviewed what they had done and shared a few photos of problem areas they repaired and an outside attic wall that was mildewed from moisture. He gave me a recommendation for another company that could remedy that. I was very pleased with the quality, fair price and integrity of Renaissance.

Very well. Don came over to bid the job, asked excellent questions and made sure he understood the condition of the roof completely (number of previous layers, ventilation, etc.) He gave us the bid on the spot. After we selected him, he dropped off a couple different roof samples so we could be sure we were getting the right color. I did a fair amount of communication with Don (and his wife) via email and they were very responsive. His crew (of about 10 fellows) were extremely hard-working and polite. They had the roof done in 2 days and cleaned up thoroughly. In doing the work, the deteriorated condition of the bottom row of wooden siding shingles resulted in Don asking if we wanted that fixed as well. He found a shingle source (I had looked earlier and could not find one) and his crew replaced the rotten shingles at a reasonable cost. All in all, we were very happy with the work.

I e-mailed on Friday afternoon from the company's website to report that I had discovered water stains on my ceiling, indicating a water leak from the roof. An hour or so later I was speaking on the phone with the owner of the company, Mr. Don DePriest, who said he would come the next day (Saturday) to take a look. Indeed, he came, inspected the roof, and found a few holes left over by the roofing company, who replaced my shingles a few years back. He sealed them, double-checking his work to make sure that he got them all. He was professional and thorough. When asked, he offered me advice on lowering the temperature in the attic, which gets very hot in summer. I had not expected my problem to be fixed so quickly! I was very happy.

They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves! Don Depriest helped me choose the shingles that fit the style and color of my house, and per my request, offered several options for making our house more energy efficient. They did not try to sell me more-expensive versions than what I really needed (I greatly appreciate this)! They explained the repairs that were going to be made in a way that I could understand. The owner was on-site, supervising the crew, and they were all very hard working. The new roof looks terrific; it is a significant up-grade to the exterior appearance of the house! The neighbors were so impressed, Renaissance replaced their roof about a month later!

Renaissance did an excellent job. I have no complaints whatsoever. The owner was prompt in meeting with me, and went to great lengths to ensure I got the type and color of roof/shingle that would coordinate with my house. The company also did an exemplary job of cleaning up afterwards even though the weather was less than ideal.

I was impressed with this companies professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Renaissance Roofing responded in a matter of hours to my email request for a roof repair estimate. They set an appointment for a date and time convenient for me that was only a few days away. The roofing specialist, Donald DePriest, arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. He was very professional and thorough as he explained and showed me what the problems were. He presented and explained two different detailed estimates based on the amount of work I decided to have done. He cleaned up the roof pieces that he replaced after doing the repair.

They did a good job and I was very pleased with the service. They were on time and professional and the detail of the work was excellent. They have a great service that is worth every penny.

I was very impressed with Mr. DePriest's professionalism and willingness to perform the necessary work himself. Receiving such high quality service is rare these days, but greatly appreciated when you do. I am certain when the time comes to replace my roof, I will have it done by Renaissance Roofing.

They did a decent job of protecting plants (although they did trample some Lillys about to bloom) and they cleaned up every scrap of trash down to the smallest piece of paper. These are the hardest working guys I've ever seen. We can't recommend them more highly. With the estimate, they gave us a list of several hundred homes they've completed so that we could go look at the houses, see the quality of the work and see different shingle choices on actual roofs. Great price, great work. Glad to give our highest recommendation.

Work was started on time and finished on time. Perfect cleanup. Beautiful job.

Owner came out to quote the job within a couple days of closing.
