Very professional presentation. Would have loved to go with them, but finacial situatuion dictated going with a lower priced company. Also received an 18 month interest free loan.

Everything went excellent. I checked Angie's List first to look for a roof repair company and read reviews. I seen that Renaissance Roofing had done a lot of roofs and roof repairs in my area. I read all the reviews and comments, then gave them a call. An appointment was scheduled to give me a quote. They arrived on time, gave me a quote and gave me a call as I requested. We talked, I approved the quote both verbally and returned the email as requested. Renaissance came out the next day, on time and made all the repairs. I would use them again and recommend them for anyone needing roof work. Thanks!

Definitely "Above & Beyond" OUTSTANDING. I apologize that I don't have time right now to communicate the details - BUT before too much time passes, I want to let the Angie's community know that Renaissance Roofing deserves an A++.

Two-man crew arrived early, did a nice job. In addition to the cleanup and repair work, provided an estimate (followed by mailed formal quote) for fixing problems they had found. Their quote was a bit over $700. I called another company from Angie's List: Neighborhood Roofers. A man came and reviewed the problems: capping shingles on the roof plus repair of a utility-connecting pipe, and quoted $400. The work was performed the same day.

Had to reschedule due to weather two or three times. they called when it was evident they could not make it.

I had several contractors come out to quote this job and Renaissance did the most thorough inspection and review. Spelled out very clearly what the options were along with the cost and provided several examples. Price quoted was reasonable. On the day the work was performed, the crew was there on time and very pleasant, professional and courteous. The foreman went through the job requirements with me to be sure we were both on the same page. They were done in a day. I am pleased with the finished product and would recommend Renaissance to others - a very professional operation.

Meet with the owner to go over the project and obtain a quote for the job. Their price was competitive with other roofers that we interviewed. Impresssion that I got after talking to the owner was that I knew I could trust Renaissance to complete my roof replacement with high quality & no short cuts. They did exactly that. Everyone was professional and the job was completed on time. There was a minor issue with a siding fit against the new roof. The owner came out right away and corrected this minor issue. Very happy with the overall service and recommend highly.

Don DePriest was excellent to work with. At our request, Don met with our insurance adjuster and assisted in pointing out damage to the roof that they were not aware of. Both the insurance adjuster and claims representative were impressed with Don's demeanor and professionalism, they were not used to being treated with respect by a client's contractor. And Don's expertise assisted in getting more of the roof covered than the insurance was originally going to pay. The work performed by Don's crew was excellent, complete job including tear-off, repair and installation of new shingles took a single day and the yard was very well cleaned. Don also walked around the home to inspect it with me. Overall an excellent experience and the roof looks fantastic. Very highly recommended.

Their price was average so we didn't have to pay extra for the tremendous service, roof and skylight replacement and repairs. Karen worked with our insurance company to better appropriate our coverage and the owner Don discovered the reasons for our mold (bad venting design/build) and fixed that while they were replacing the roof. Their crew arrived on time, were very courteous and did a great cleanup job. We could not have been more pleased.

Overall, Renaissance did an excellent job from start to finish. No complaints whatsoever. My new roof is fantastic!

Work was done in very timely manner, by professional workman,in under an hour.I got a complete report of the roof.

The estimator Jack spent time with us so we understood what the job would entail and educated us about the shingles they use. The crew showed up right on time and did a great job protecting our property. They did the job very professionally and fast. When they left out home was just as clean an picked up as when they began --- if not better! Jack came back over to make sure we were pleases with everything. And we were!!

Renaissance was one of several estimates we received for leakey flashing on our 13yr old roof. We got 3 printed estimates immediately on site for repair and a new roof from the owner of the company. Very Impressive! We chose to go with the repair. The crew was courteous and professional and did a great job of matching our old shingles plus all the other repairs. Hopefully this will give us a few more years of wear.

Don is an extremely knowledgable owner and has a great crew of workers. He was the only roofing contractor that took the time to look through my attic space before quoting the job. At that time, he identified a lack of insulation and proper ventilation in the attic area. The roof was installed properly and with absolute professionalism. Don and his crew are responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The work went well. There were a couple of glitches but they took care of them. I pointed out what I didn't care for and they changed them with out any issues.

They were thorough and professional and spent a lot of time making sure that we understood all the options.

I was extremely happy with the company's work. The 16-man team took great care to avoid damaging the surrounding shrubs and windows, and they did an excellent job with the installation. I didn't compare the price with other companies, so I have decided not to rate it.

The crew arrived at 7am, and was done and cleaned up by 4 pm. Neighbors kept coming by for business cards, and I have had more come to my door to ask about the compamy since then. They say they could not believe it - watching them work! The roof was a complete tear off, they put down upgraded underlayment, and since I did not have an acceptable number of vents for the attic ( six in back, none in front) they added 4 to the front at no charge. They even painted the furnace stove pipe to match the new roofing color. The warped facia boards were replaced and included in the repair at no charge, and they calked and repainted them with my leftover paint before they left. There really are good workers and great companies out there! I baked them a batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies as a thank you, and took them out to the crew in the afternoon.

This is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with. The owner is honest, trustworthy, and knows his business. The workman were great. Cleanup was excellent, as was protection of our foundation plantings. After a hail storm occurred in our area a year later, they were exceptionally responsive and helpful in working with my insurance company on estimates, material usage, etc. Without their help, I would not have resolved several issues with the insurance company. They treat their customers like family.

Our house is quite a difficult home to put a roof on and I was very concerned about it. We've had trouble for quite a while with 4 or 5 leaks that we couldn't get rid of. I'd had several people work on it. They were certainly the company to use. The price was fairly high but it was okay. They did an absolutely excellent job and they stopped all the leaks. It will be good for 30 years.

They did pretty good. They showed up on time. They were able to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves. They just did a really nice job, except that they broke one of my sprinkler heads. They are willing to reimburse me for the sprinkler cost. They are willing to stand by their work. They made a mistake, and they make the necessary thing to make it right. That is impressive.

We had a bunch of different people come out and Renaissance Roofing were the only ones that went up to the roof and checked to see what was going on currently and what they thought needed to happen. They took the extra measure to go a little further than everybody else who were just going on an assumption. They cleaned up after themselves and did all the things that we were hoping to have them do.

The services were performed at 3662 Farnum, Street, Inkster, MI 48141and overall were great!! My mom needed a new roof in order to renew her home owner's insurance policy.l Not only did Renaissance replace the roof before her renewal date, but they contacted the insurance company for mom to let them know that the roof would be up in time before her policy came up for renewal, so the company would not can cel her policy. We obtained three estimates, so their price was in the ball park, in addition we received a $400 company coupon which helped with the overall price. The owner came out while the men were working to check their work and he notice the gutter on the garage was falling. He had his workers replace that at no additional charge. That really impressed me. The men were punctual, friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. They even used a magnet detector to pick up all the nails, we only found two after they left which we thought was remarkable. They mailed the warranty out immediately after the job was complete. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. The roof is beautiful and looks great. We're now considering having them come out and do the detached garage as well.
