Precision gave me an excellent quote and completed the new install on time and in very professional manner. I would recommend and sue them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: We closed on our home and the closing agency poc did not tell us that someone pad locked the garage door. So I went to open the door and the force of the door with the lock forced the one of the panels off the track and the reel came loose. I called precision and they fixed it. Only charged me what it would cost to do a yearly inspection. The guy was booked all day and still showed determination to take care of us at the end of his already busy day. This company is good to go with me. I'm a new home owner so I can only speak on so much experience with service calls.

Description of Work: The technician (James) arrived at the designated time. He examined the existing opener and springs. It was determined the lift springs should be replaced and I agreed with that. James proceeded to do the installation of the springs, opener unit (Lift Master 8355) and switches. The entire installation took just about 2 hours. That was very good time. | |If I had this to do over again, I would have only had the springs installed professionally. I would have then purchased the new opener and installed it myself. It would have been a new experience for me but I believe I could handle it. The total amount I spent for the entire project was more than what I planned on spending. That said, I'm happy with the quality of the service and job performed. It's all good!
