The technician, Brian Ciminelli, arrived on time. I explained the problem I was having with the garage door not closing properly at times. Brian did an overall inspection of the garage door and opener. He pointed out areas of concern and suggested maintenance on the door. Brian also said the opener was past its normal age so he suggested a new one. We went ahead with a new opener and maintenance. I’m glad we took his suggestions! The new opener works great and is quiet.

My installation representative Terrance was prompt and professional, he took no time to have my old door taken apart and uninstalled!! he had the new door up in no time and installed. Terrance took the time to show me the maintenance on the door to keep it in tip top shape! The new door is great looking and quiet !! Terrance also gave me a piece of trim to color match to the door frame !! Overall a great job !!

My garage door was not functioning. I had to find out if it could be repaired or if a new one was needed. Unfortunately, a tree near the garage had cracked the floor and is making it lean. A new door should not be installed until these corrections are made. Unfortunately, this work is not in my budget right now. Jeff Biehms, the Technician, was able to identify the problems, explain them to me, and prepare the current door for manual operation. He assured me that the garage is sound and that the door is safe to use. He even explained what problems might develop, probably wouldn't, and what to do, in case they did. When, and if, I am able to take care of the problems, I will get that new door. It will come from Precision Garage Door.

Called Precision garage door to help with a problem with my garage door. Customer service rep was very polite and concerned with my situation. She gave me an appointment promptly. Jordan Wallace came out and all my issues were resolved. He was willing to do something extra for me . He is a great technician. I would definitely call Precision to do any work on my garage door.

This was the 3rd time that I utilized Precision Garage Door and they have been been outstanding each time. The staff at the office was very professional and personable. In the recent incident, the door was slamming when shutting. They scheduled a Technician that same day. My Technician Shawn Durecka arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled window and was above and beyond my expectations (which are already high due to my past interactions with PGD). Shawn was very knowledgable, diagnosed the issue and explained to me in detail what the issue was. He installed a new garage door opener in less than an hour and checked in with me during the process. Shawn tested the door repeatedly and made adjustments. Shawn was very personable, professional and had a fantastic demeanor. The door now opens and shuts whisper quiet. I highly recomend Precision Garage Door and Shawn Durecka!

We called Precision to replace a broken spring on our garage door. Jeff Parkes handled it very professionally. He did a great job and we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs garage door service.

I can't take the precision doors mid morning and was able to get the same-day appointment the afternoon. The service technician called and said that he was 20 minutes away, and he arrived within that said timeframe. When he arrived he assess the garage door and provided me a price for what needed to be done. He mentioned that he would leave a can of lubrication and that I should perform this lubrication twice a year, however he failed to mention that I was being charged $25 for the can of lubrication the way that he presented the lubrication was that I'll be leaving this can with you as if it was a courtesy item in which the company provides to all its customers I did not like that tactic at all , the work was done and I was satisfied with the service but not paying $25 for lubrication, especially when I can go and get a can at the local hardware store for $5. The up-charge is absurd. I was unable to see the cost until the bill was emailed to me. This is definitely something I don't agree with, as I keep wd40 on hand at all times.

Precision Garage Door's technician, Patrick Stevens, provided efficient service. Patrick was very pleasant, did an assessment, explained the issue in detail, and did not oversell. It was also nice that he provided service on a Sunday so I do not have to start a Monday morning with a broken garage door opener.

Jon arrived on time and was very professional, finished the job in an hour and left the garage spotless. Very impressed

My technician Jeff Parkes was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Jeff gave me a great tutorial of how my new equipment works and he gave me good insight for future projects. If all technicians are like Jeff, I would most definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to any and everyone.

I called Precision garage door to get a quote for a new garage door and they were at my home in no time at all. Jeff went over all of my options with me and never pressured me or tried to rush my decision. He was fair and honest. We decided to go for an insulated door. Steven Franklin was out within the week to do our installation. He was done in a couple of hours and then he took the time to show us how to maintain the door. I can’t believe the difference in the look and feel of our garage!

Precision Door Service completed a garage door repair today. They were quick to respond to our call and arrived on time. I highly recommend Mike Jolly who was the technician. He answered all my questions and did a super high quality repair job!

The professionalism by both the company and Josh, my garage door tech, was absolutely best in class. My garage door is close to 30 years old and is officially toast. The problems with the old door were identified and explained to me in great detail. I never once thought I was being sold on anything I didn’t need. My new garage door will be installed in a few weeks. Nothing but 5 stars for my review.

The tech Steve who came out to replace my garage door was awesome! He was very courteous and very professional! He did a great job and explained a lot of things about the workings of the door and how to maintain it! Would recommend them to everyone!

Both the sales team and Eric Furlow who did the installation were great. Eric was excellent in the installation and explaining the new items I needed to be aware of in order to get the best from my new door and opener. Highly recommended them.
