Excellent customer service! Technician arrived promptly - calling to let me know he was on the way and sending a text confirmation with picture identification. Technician first performed a (thorough) diagnostic check of my garage door. He provided the results of his check; we discussed options and came up with a plan for maintaining life and performance of my door. He was able to resolve performance issues immediately and provided recommendations for (possible) future upgrades. Very friendly and patient answering all my questions.

Very pleased with the results. Not only were repairs made and parts replaced to prolong door life, a problem related to the door not closing properly that has being ongoing (on and off) for several years was resolved. Thank you for a good job.

They were extremely quick at replacing my garage door. Mike came the same day I called to give me an estimate and explain what they would do. Ivan came a couple days later and replaced my door. In addition to telling me about the new door, remote and keypad, he explained how I should lubricate the door twice a year. Both gentle men were professional, friendly, and invested in making sure all my questions were answered.

Excellent company to deal with. I thought it was expensive, but I don't know how much a new door and motor cost. The motor is much quieter than the original motor. It now has a camera and is wifi connected to my phone. So I can make sure door was closed. The contact from the company was awesome, emailed and texted us updates. The installers were spectacular, job site was left clean. The installer took his time explaining EVERYTHING to me, even though it was 5 degrees outside. I would recommend this company.
