Precision Garage Door service was excellent. They were able to fix our garage door within 3 hours of the initial call. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, let me know what it would cost to fix it and proceeded as soon as I approved the cost.

They were extremely quick at replacing my garage door. Mike came the same day I called to give me an estimate and explain what they would do. Ivan came a couple days later and replaced my door. In addition to telling me about the new door, remote and keypad, he explained how I should lubricate the door twice a year. Both gentle men were professional, friendly, and invested in making sure all my questions were answered.

Excellent company to deal with. I thought it was expensive, but I don't know how much a new door and motor cost. The motor is much quieter than the original motor. It now has a camera and is wifi connected to my phone. So I can make sure door was closed. The contact from the company was awesome, emailed and texted us updates. The installers were spectacular, job site was left clean. The installer took his time explaining EVERYTHING to me, even though it was 5 degrees outside. I would recommend this company.

It was a great experience Dylan was our tech he came out on Sunday and we needed a torsion bar and he didn’t have one for our door, he made some call back nobody had one we made arrangements for him to return Monday first thing Monday Dylan was back installed the door. Very professional and knowledgeable

The job went well. There did not appear to be any problems with the installation of the garage door. When the job was complete, the installer went through all the details for the proper maintenance and use of the garage door.

I could see that the sensors were not lined up correctly with the way they were installed. When I pointed that out to the technition he would not make the needed adjustment. The price charged was outrageous. I got completly ripped off. The instruction booklet for the model that I purchased is completely usless.

Great! Justin L checked both sensors and determined the were bad. Replaced both very quickly and my garage door is back in service. Awesome job!

When Steve looked at the door he indicated that it was old and most of the parts were worn out. He suggested a complete overhaul and gave me a price for the overhaul. It was more than I expected but I knew that it needed to be done. It was a long overdue. Steve did an outstanding job. He had the whole thing done in about 1 hour & 15 minutes. Thanks again Steve for a great job. I do feel more comfortable about reliability for the door now.

Recommend this company. They have been servicing my garage door for over 10 years. This time, I needed to replace the door. The installation was quick and the technician provided instruction on how to lubricate and maintain the door. Scheduling of the installation was changed by me several times and the company worked closely with me to meet my needs.
