Description of Work: Despite several emails they never responded. Did they go out of business, or something?

Description of Work: Came out to replace a broken spring. 'Found' several other items that needed replacing which jacked up the total cost to that of a new door. Work was satisfactory but the individual replacement parts were way over priced.

Description of Work: Removed two old garage doors, installed two new garage doors using existing openers. Did have to call them back to raise the rail on one door otherwise quality would be an "A". During power outage one month after install, when manually opening one door it banged on the immobile carrier. Prompt fix at no charge.

Description of Work: Repair of spring was originally quoted on phone for about $200.00. Repair man once onsite, quoted $700+. Would not provide replacement spring but wanted to upgrade it. By the end of negotiating install cost was $300.00..

Description of Work: The original deal was a great one! I thought some of the extra work was pretty pricey, but would have charged more for a separate trip so I had it done. Overall, very helpful, professional and would use again for another deal.

Description of Work: Stephen determined that the gears in the motor were shot, and so we needed to have the whole system replaced. He arrived on time, was very friendly, went right to work and finished the job much more quickly than we expected. We are very pleased with the new system. Thanks Stephen!

Description of Work: Initially replaced some hinges and rollers on previously damaged old door-which probably was close to 50 years old. Worker did not pressure us but said old door was on its last legs. We decided to get new door from Precision. On line check of prices confirmed quoted price was fair. Couple of weeks later, worker efficiently removed old door and installed new insulated door, which works very well over the last two months and keeps our unheated garage 15-20 warmer than outside temps.

Description of Work: The technician was excellent and extremely reliable. He even rescheduled a follow-up to finish some of the details of growth work he was unable to complete due to needing to go to another appointment. I would highly recommend them for any garage door issues.
