The motor on the door opening went out and the door would not close. They checked for a new motor and found one for us. Because of the age of our unit we decided to install a new unit. The Tech, Brad Rambo was very thorough and explained all the functional issues with our broken garage door opener. He quickly replaced the unit and drive and it’s functioning great. Four stars because it was a little pricey.

Chris was on time, was very friendly and professional. No issues. He helped program the wall mounted controller and showed me how to spray the hinges. He answered all my questions. All good.

Precision Garage Door always does a great job. Today’s technician, Dalton Rhodes, did not disappoint. Earlier in the year he did a fantastic job rebuilding my garage door with new springs, new rollers and new cables. His attention to detail and work ethic is commendable. Plus he’s a nice guy. Technician first performed a (thorough) diagnostic check of my garage door. He provided the results of his check; we discussed options and came up with a plan for maintaining life and performance of my door. He was able to resolve performance issues immediately and provided recommendations for (possible) future upgrades. Very friendly and patient answering all my questions.
