The serviceman was friendly, professional and informative. I was so happy with the work they did that I recommended them to my son, who also had a wonderful experience with them. My safety sensor was bumped by a plumber a few weeks ago and I have been trying unsuccessfully to realign it. When I called the office, the woman who answered the phone tried to help me fix the problem to avoid the inconvenience for me of a service call. However, the service call was necessary and we were able to schedule it for the next day. Josh called 30 minutes before arriving, fixed the problem and lubricated the door mechanisms, all with no charge to me because it is still within their year warranty. I would never hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly use them again as necessary.

Garage door did not move any faster than before (or like new) I did not notice a difference in the "tune up"

They were extremely responsive to the call and came out the same day as I called. Actually, since I was the last appointment for the day they even fit me in earlier than I initially had set up. My garage door opener was "antique" and he replaced it for me. I did not check prices with other companies, but felt it was a little higher than I would have paid in the twin cities (where I am initially from). I was given a choice of 2 units, I chose the cheaper option which he didn't think he had on the truck and was going to call for another truck to bring it to the site. He dug a little deeper and found the one I was interested in and installed it quickly and neatly.

Didn't solve the real problem. Made an assumption, replaced a bunch of parts, but didn't do anything to balance the door. Told me everything was fine. The door still hangs up when the weather is cold. This is Michigan, so several months of the year I still have to open and close the door manually. A $60 balancing deal cost me $300 worth of parts and didn't fix the problem. Also disappointed when he replaced the rollers. Instead of removing the roller mounting pads, he took a big channel lock pliers and bent the rail so he could get the rollers out "easier" . Those rails will never go back to their original shape. Not sure it caused any lasting damage, but it is unsightly and a "shade tree" way of doing things. I had planned on buying an opener from these guys for my other garage door, but now I'll just look for a local supplier. P.S. The Free Anti-Theft or Garage Door Monitor thingy is pretty useless to the average person in my opinion.

They did not work on my door. We are not in their area

I had somebody come out in the last year for garage doors. It was Precision Garage Door. We had the door replaced and I think the cost was about 400. The service was fine. My husband dealt with them mostly so I don't have much to say about it other than that it got fixed. I would just go ahead and give them 'A's all the way down on the grading scale. I sure will use this provider again in the future but if I have to use them again in the next 5 years, I will be really surprised.

Great!!Called an got same day service. Workman was to arrive between 1-3. He called and and asked to come earlier. He arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. When the old opener could not be repaired he gave me a price (kind of pricey) to me. I received the senior discount and agreed to the new price. It took him an hour to install the new unit. I will definitely use them again.

They were on time and very helpful. They spent several hours with us and were very professional.

A few weeks ago, Steve Wells and Precision Door did an excellent job of fixing and tuning up our garage door. Steve was friendly, professional, prompt and very efficient. We called on a Saturday, and Precision door was out on Sunday the following day. Very pleased!

I contacted Precision Garage Door at 3:00, Justin arrived at 5:00. He provided two estimates (minimal repair and recommended action). I chose the latter. Repair was finished at 7:00.

Punctual, professional. Made sure everything was in working order before he left. Will definitely use them again in the future. Justin was great!

Installation went well. Brian was very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very also patient -- he was fielding calls/questions from the office during installation and never got irritated during the process. With all of that going on, he took his time and did a perfect install. He went above and beyond. During his initial visit, I expressed concern about "critters" getting into the garage via a piece of broken rubber on our second door (we use this to access to the back yard). He said he would bring a piece to patch it for me. On install day, he remembered to bring the rubber and replaced the entire thing. I really appreciate that. We also wanted to replace our steel entry door to the garage, but he said they did not do regular entry doors, only garage doors. They would have had that job also and I was a little sad to have to go to somebody else. We are very pleased with the work and the new door.

They came when they said and he completed his job fast and every thing is working good now. Before tune up my garage door was stopping and opening on its own and was making a loud noise.

Serviceman was there about 10 minutes and did not perform inspections his own company said he should have but they still would not lower their $200 service charge for making spring adjustment

My garage door would only open half way and then would not close or open any further even after I disconnected the opener. I called to make an appointment at about 10:00 am and they were able to come the same day at 1:00 pm. About an hour after my call, the tech called me and said he had finished his other job early and would be able to come over in 10 minutes. When the technician arrived, he inspected the door and opener and quickly discovered it was the transmission that was the issue. He gave me two options for fixing the problem and gave me quotes for each option. I decided to just replace the broken part. It didn't take long to fix and he had the needed part on his truck. After replacing the transmission, he tested the door and inspected the other moving parts. The technician was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would call Precision Garage Door again.

I called Precision on Oct. 15 and talked to Paula. I at least wanted a reduction in charges. After a 15 minute conversation, she said she would talk to people and see what they could do. I called Oct. 16 and left a voice mail. I called Oct. 17 and talked to someone who said she would put papers on Paula's desk. I asked this person how much it would cost to repair the doors since I was supposed to have had a safety inspection. She said about $800. I never got a call back. I called another door service from Angies List. He came out and didn't charge a service call. He also said I didn't need repairs at this time but he would suggest repairing rather than getting new doors. It was $582 less than Precision's quote.

It went well. The technician did an excellent job. He was on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, finished the work quickly, and did a great job.

There was a delay, and they were supposed to come, but they couldn't come back until 2 days later, and by then somebody else had already come. They called me and told me that they couldn't get anybody, it was a high time for them, and they were proactive about that. Their coming out fee was a lot more higher than I expected, just for them to come and look at it.

The Service man that came out was very good. He did a fantastic job on my door. When he finished it worked just like new. He was very thorough. What impressed me most was he took the time to explain to me everything he did. He did not seem to mind that I was a woman when he gave us advice how to keep my door working good.
