Order process, installation went very smoothly. Technician was very competent, did a great job. Never thought I'd get excited about a garage door but it looks great and adds to our home's appearance.

The service technician was the best we've ever had. Great communication! Great installation! Great explanation of how the door works! The only problem was we were supposed to get two doors installed, but he only brought ONE!! Now we need to schedule another installation date for the other one. Not sure why they came out with just one???

Tech's Terrance and Steve arrived on time and promptly started to work. In just minutes the old door was removed and strapped to the truck for removal. The folks kept right at it until the job was complete. Very professional workmanship and an overall excellent job. They finished with a though clean up and a through instruction session. Other than the beautiful new door you could have never even told they were here !! Sales, finance, installation setup dating, installation, clean up and instructions all a superb effort all the way around. After so many times with "well ya know" and an unfinished, incomplete job by contractors these folks will change your mind. They left no stone unturned and no corner cut short. For once a complete job and well done. Thank You All at Precision Garage Door !!

EXCELLENT - Delivery of our new door after ordering was very good. Installation was scheduled quickly. Steve Franklin installed our door and did a fantastic job! He is well organized, very methodical (He’s installed over 2000 doors) and works quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our new door and unlike other things, we look forward to many happy “Ups and Downs”!

Went great. Installer even followed COVID protocol and wore a mask and social distanced. Even billed me by email so a could pay online touchlessly. Area supervisor also came by and observed installer teaching me how to download app and hook up my new opener to my wifi so that I can operate the door from anywhere.

Terrific. Steve (installer) arrived when scheduled, worked efficiently with his partner, completed the install in under 1 ½ hours. Cleaned up completely. Very professional work.

The service was tremendous. Mike Jolly, the technician did a top notch job. The spring was replaced under lifetime warranty. He checked and replaced the rollers and cables at no charge. as they were worn, again covered under warranty. My only cost was a Right and Left End Bearing. I give Mike and Precision Door a 5 Star Rating

My garage door spring broke while I was home for lunch. I am a nurse and needed to get back to work. I called precision because they were one of the first names on the search and had a local office. I get very lucky as they were able to have Brian out to my house in under an hour. He inspected the job and noted a potential problem with the other garage door. He had both problems fixed in about 45 minutes and cleaned up after himself in a professional manner. He did a great job, even in the middle of COVID and I will call them again should my garage door need additional service.

Our technician (Logan) was outstanding. So refreshing these days to see and interact with a young person that truly understands how to do business. Logan was professional, courteous and very knowledgable about Precision Garage Door services and products. He also offered multiple options and pricing for us to consider, allowing us to make an informed decision. He could've sold me anything and I'd be happy. Steve the installer was amazing, very professional in every way did a excellent job on the door and opener. When he was finished took the time to explain everything about the door and how to take care of it to make it last. All contact with Precision was great kept me informed with everything that was going on. AAA+++

Just about perfectly. The repair tech was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and proficient. The removal of the old unit went smoothly. The installation of the new unit was accompanied by a few training demos about how the infrared safety lights worked. A thorough test of every component followed and then the installation was deemed complete. Clean up was perfect. Repairman Mark Kucel handled the entire job from start to finish without a hitch.

On time arrival. Done professionally and within short time frame. Was given 4 detailed estimates of available services based on the wear & tear of our door and parts. Our garage door spring and cable had broken Friday night at 7pm. I called Precision's customer service shortly after. They were able to set me up for a Saturday morning (next day) arrival estimate between 10am-12pm. Brian had the door fixed - added 2 springs to the double door, replaced all rollers, general lube and maintenance, etc. - by 11:30 that morning.

I called to get an appointment and they were able to come out within a day. Mark showed up on time, reviewed the situation, and provided me with an estimate. He also pointed out some other parts that could use service and provided additional estimates. I ended up having more work done than I had initially anticipated, but I'm so happy I did. Mark completed the work in about an hour and showed me everything that was done. My garage door has never been so quiet!

I called them on a Saturday at 3pm, they got someone here on a Sunday morning.......Amazing. No extra charge for Sunday repair. The repair tech, Stephen Jr. was great, did I say great, I mean really great. He showed me everything, talked me thru it all. And my garage door works like a charm. I will use these guys everytime, and I HIGHLY recommend them. I just want to keep saying good things, because I had such a great experience with them. Thanks Stephen Jr. You rock, Michele
