Timely response and very competitive price. Provided the write up and survey very quickly and stayed after work to make sure I could pick it up.

They received a super service from Angie's list last year. Overall they are very very professional and very quick. From the time I talk to one of them, they came out and finished it up very quickly. It was money well worth. They provided landscaping documentation and survey of the house. I would use them again.

Nowry & Hale were excellent. I connected them via their web site and the respond within 24 hours. I explained what I wanted to do via Email and received a quote. We made a couple of minor additionas and the schedule was establoished vie Email. The work was done when promiced and competed as agreed to.

Initial contact was via Nowry & Hales "contact us" link on the internet. A representative called back within a few days to discuss the type of survey they do, how the find the property lines and exactly how they will mark the lines. We made an appointment for July 16th and when we came home our 4 corners were marked with a metal rod/yellow cap into the ground as well as a wood stake indicating "corner marker". They also put wood markers labeled "property line" approximately every 20-30 feet down each side of the house. It was discovered that part of the neighbors fence impeded upon our property and Nowry & Hale specifically indicated this on the official survey document. This enabled us to have the city instruct the neighbor to remove his impeding fence. It was also discovered that the property lines were NOT where either neighbor said they were. With our official survey we were able to easily obtain our fence permit from the city and the fencing company we used had clear markings to install the fence.

Mike Nowry and his partner arrived at the scheduled time and did their job in a professional manner. Both men were very personable. They left clear markers at all corners of the property and sent me the official survey drawing about 5 days later. I would definitely recommend Nowry and Hale to others.

I was very pleased with this company from beginning to end. They responded quickly to my request for quote. They scheduled the work within a very reasonable time frame and completed the work exactly when they said they would. They have never met me face to face, yet required no money down, so they clearly trust their customers. I would certainly work with this company again.

I emailed the company and received a response in 24 hours. We agreed to a price and they came out and did the survey. They then mailed the drawings with a receipt which I mailed back with payment.

Dealt with Mike mostly through email and phone calls - don't worry if you get emails from "Allen Hale". Looks like they have their default email addy listed with Allen's name. They did the work within a couple of days after agreeing to the proposal.

My neighbor was mowing approximately 3-4' of the grass on my front yard. I knew that wasn't correct but since I was not sure where the property line was I decided to have the property line located so there would not be any further issues. Nowry & Hale was very professional and I would give them a very good recommendation.
