I had an emergency on my boiler and they came out to do it for me. They did a fantastic job. We had a no heat situation and they came out to the house and were timely and professional. I was not there at the time, my wife was and they explained to her exactly what was wrong and she was comfortable making a decision.

I didn't see any difference after they cleaned the ducts in my house.

Everything went fine. They came out to check out the furnace and they cleane it. The guy who came out was good and talked me through everything. I liked that and I appreciated it. No additional fees with the Big Deal.

The price offered was very good and so was the quality of service. They did a good job with the installation and were also very prompt on a follow up call to adjust the speed of fan motor of the furnace.

This is been the most one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. The company has not returned calls, has not shown up when they said they would, and when they did show up, still didn't have the part which they had had expedited; they didn't check to see when the warehouse closed. Technician told me he would be here first thing on Monday. It is nearly noon, and I still have not heard from them. I understand the effect of a bad review and don't do this frivolously , but take your business somewhere else, I wish I could.

We had one company come out to fix out faucet and told us to order a part and we never heard from them again. We ordered the new part and Colonial told us we ordered the wrong part and went to the store with me to make sure I got the right faucet. I really appreciated that and they did a great job.

i paid for a furnace cleaning and tuneup never received eighter this is the second item i bought from you [both lemons ] i prefer you do not contact them and let it go as wasted money next time i will get someone that will do as advertised

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. The technician was really kind of unprofessional and a little bit pushy about the $59 Deal. I felt he was trying to pressure me and using scare tactics. I even called my husband on the phone because I didn't know what to do with the information I was being told. I didn't appreciate it. When it came time to buy, he didn't seem excited to take the $59 price. I felt that he was upset with me even though I didn't do anything wrong. I couldn't wait for him to leave. I felt like he felt like he was trying to do me a favor. It felt like a bait and switch. We didn't have any issues before they came out and we haven't have any issues since. It wasn't one of the better experiences that I've had. They were not very professional at all.

very satisfied, i am retired and live on a small fixed income and can only afford small things. Appreciate Angie's for what I can do.

They did a great job. They had great equipment that went through the cleaning process thoroughly eliminating the debris.

I purchased it and I wasn't home. I didn't deal with it, my wife did. They got it done. I don't see any complaints about it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

It was a good service. They were on time. They did what they were suppose to do.

Colonial Heating and Cooling recommended back cleaning and they asked for $500, at that time I thought that was too much so I didn't go with that. Their prices was affordable. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism was good

prompt, offered several options to deal with our problem with guidance of the best long term solution, installed in one day.

He wanted to sell us the whole thing. I just wanted him to repair the one we have. It has been working since.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I didn't have any problems with them. I thought the gentleman they sent was a little inexperienced. He was kind of young and didn't seem to have a lot of answers to my questions. I don't know if it was beyond the scope of his experience because it was a tune-up. I think I would use them again.

The problem is that I needed somebody who could work on an oil furnace and they said they could. The qualifier would be that most heating and cooling places don't work on oil furnaces, but what he did was mock things up. They said they knew the oil furnaces and could work on them and claimed that we needed the furnace replaced. He did somethings, but what he basically did was mock it up so that we had to get somebody else to come in and fix what he did wrong. They may be wonderful for other kinds of heating and cooling but not for oil.

I just used them because I had the coupon, but I did not go with them because they double the price, which I got from another vendor, so I went with somebody else. They were easy to work with. They came up on time and gave me the estimate and did the inspection. They tried to sell me more things, so I did not go with them.

He did the service that was advertised with the Big Deal coupon. The service was satisfactory. The thermostat that they installed was a little frustrating because it did not do what he said it would do.

. The person who did the estimate was on time, polite, and thorough. He gave us several options and explained the differences between the various units. He answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. The installation team arrived on time, explained what they had to do (it was a pretty straight forward job), did the work, cleaned up afterward, and left. All in two hours. The new unit works fine. It was a great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Our furnace/AC wasn't functioning well. On the AL recommendation we contacted Colonial Heating and Cooling. They came did the work very well and now are out go-to guys for any work like this.

The work went okay they made checks of all electronics and blower unit. Made some suggestions per warranty issues and what might be dione witsh original company we bought heating and A/C unit from.

They did a great job across both tasks. Would highly recommend!

The tech arrived, very pleasant. he looked at the furnace and realized that some part might have started leaking CO so he shut the heater down and ordered the part. a few days later he arrived with the part, installed it and left. he never actually did the work for which we paid in the initial Big Deal. he always seemed like he was in a hurry to get someplace else.

They were the first and ultimately lowest quote for the job when comparing like equipment. The owner came out and really did the best overall job of advising all of our options for Furnace and A/C configurations. They have had some negative reports in the past due to a technician issue but for me they have done a nice job, were honest about the negative reports. There was an issue with the humidifier and they came out right away to take care of it. Overall they have been easy to work with so far.
