Description of Work: CertaPro painted the entire interior of our home and we could not be happier. Their workmanship on repairs, and there were many was outstanding, as well as the painting. If there was a rating higher than "A" they would get it.

+ 0 moreJerod was very professional, asked a lot of questions, and performed a very thorough job of estimating the job. He was able to provide an estimate within 15 minutes. He walked me through the in-scope and out-of-scope work and ensured that what was on paper represented my requirements. He called me back a few days later to follow-up on the estimate. I did not pursue the job with CertaPro because they came in at one of the highest estimates. While their estimate was one of the highest, I did get a sense that they would be a drama free, quality company to work with...I just had a budget I needed to keep. I'm writing this review because of the positive impression that was left.
Description of Work: CertaPro came out to give me an estimate on the painting of my exterior trim of my home.

+ -1 moreIt took a lot of babysitting and a lot of time in our part to make sure they stayed on task. There's a lot of project management on our part. They were supposed to have taken down all the pictures. They were supposed to sand and they were supposed to paint. They were supposed to reassemble and put back all the rooms. They were supposed to clean up everyday. They're really good to work with. They're really easy to direct. The bad news is I had to direct them all the time and I don't want to do that.
