It was an excellent quality. They did an excellent job. Good communication between the company. They informed me what was going on.

Very well, we were very happy with the workers and the work that was done. We were also happy with the communication from the company to us regarding time frames and any questions we had.

Manny, our painter, was extremely efficient. He completed the job well under the time estimate given to me. He was also very neat. He even went out of the way to think about new switch plates, which is something I hadn't considered. The basement looks great!

Excellent work. Painters were professional and skilled. They took great care in the quality of the job. I hated the idea of hiring someone to do the work but I was literally surprised with the results. It wasn’t supposed to be that good and easy!

This company came highly recommended by my coworkers. They all stated what a fantastic job they did, so my husband and I hired them. Matt originally came to the house and was fantastic. We explained what we wanted done and asked a lot of questions. We decided to do our project in phases - thank GOD we decided to go that way with what transpired once the painter arrived at our home. Apparently they sent out a painter that "came highly recommended to them" however I am not sure how they possibly checked his quality of work prior to hiring him. I had wall paint on my ceiling, I had uneven lines in my ceiling, I had trim that was not painted, trim that had drip marks of paint, doors that had drip marks of paint (which still do after trying to fix it) and I have a ceiling full of roller lines (there were NO roller lines previously). Upon the supposedly "completion" of the project the owner of the company came out and said he would fix things, but did say I had a "magnifying glass on the ceiling" and I was "being to picky" - seriously?! They sent the same painter out to supposedly repair the terrible job he originally did - at which point, my husband called the company and said I don't want him messing up any more. I have heard every excuse in the book as to why the quality of the paint job was so poor - from you insisted on a certain type of paint, to I'm being to picky, to the painter needs to learn how to paint a job correctly. I was also told, "well, on phase 2 we will send out a better crew". They did offer a slight refund - which is not needed, what is needed is for the job to be done correctly. They did send out "the fixer" in to fix most of the issues, however the ceiling remains a wreck as they have stated "I'm not spending any more money on your ceiling". Unless you ask which crew is doing the work, and ask to see a previously completed project in person to make sure they paint to how you want it, I would NOT recommend CertaPro.

CertaPro did an absolutely outstanding job painting the entire interior of my home. Matt was extremely professional and his customer service was excellent. He understood the project and made it happen. His team got the job done quickly and with a very high level of quality. Not only was the paint job top notch but the clean up was expertly done. I had this job done to prep the house for sale and I believe it will move so much faster now that Matt's team has been through. I will for sure use them in the future and highly, highly recommend them.

The finishing product is beautiful. The painters were knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue I have is that they said it could be done in 1 day and it ended up being three days. Granted, I did need some repairs done on the walls, but that should have been included in the estimate. Overall I am happy with the ending results.

They were absolutely excellent and we will definitely hire them again.

Great job - very punctual, did an excellent job assisting with paint colors. Repair work on wood was well done, and they tried to save us money at any possible turn. Did a great job of keeping us informed of progress and any potential issues. Highly recommend.

Everything was completed in less than 2 full days of work. Jeff and Willie showed up each day when they said they would. They got right to work and did a great job. Walls, ceiling and trim were bid for two coats. With carpet installation in mind, Jeff put one coat of trim on the baseboards and is coming back after the carpet goes in to put the second coat on to cover the inevitable marks from the carpet installers. A small error was made in estimating the required amount of paint for the job. I wanted to pay for the extra gallon of paint needed but the franchise owner, Jim Zandee, refused to allow me to do that, stating that it was his error. When doing the estimate, Jim was upfront and told us that he would most likely not be the low bidder, but that he provides quality service. I was the high bidder (by only $50.00), but his presentation to us was by far the most superior and he delivered what he promised. If you want a quality job, you sometimes have to go with the higher bidder.

First of all I filled out a response online and they very rarely returned my calls. I gave them an F rating for Certa Pro themselves because what they do is they contract the work out. The contractors they had here were ok. I had to actually point out some boards that were rotten and they said they weren't. Certa Pro said they would call me and they never did. Poor communication over all. It took them roughly about a week. They could improve upon communication.

This was the 2nd time Dan painted in my home. Last year he refinished my kitchen cabinets. He is a phenomenal painter. There were issues with the type of finish on the ceiling as well as the walls but he figured it out. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and customer service.

The entire experience and Team is Top Notch! Professional, honest, knowledgeable and talented. Karen and Bill worked diligently to accommodate our project timeline,work schedules and budget. Even when I contacted her 10 pm on a holiday, she and her team responded quickly! Vasy and team were always on time, listened to our needs and provided valuable insight. Knocking it out the park with the Fantastic Job they did executing our vision! This team knows the Art of Excellent Customer Service!I will use them again and AGAIN! !!

Outstanding. Jim Zandee provided very detailed explanations and quote. His staff did a very good job of providing updates for timing of work to be done. William was very thorough in prep work. He and his crew were always on time, polite, and conscientious, Excellent job caulking, priming, and painting.

Certa Pro of Plymouth was unprofessional on every level. Don't let those shiny yellow binders fool you! They hire contractors and rush jobs and blame you for having an old house if the project isn't finished correctly- and it won't be finished correctly because, again, they hire contractors and rush jobs. They threatened us with lawyers when we attempted to negotiate the price on the shoddy job they did on our interior paint. Do not hire Certa Pro of Plymouth.

Terrible. A representative named Justin arrived late to the appointment. We reviewed the outside with him. After he spoke to us, he said that he was going to go around on his own to give the home a once more review. I remained outside to do a bit of gardening and a minute later, I turned around and Justin's automobile was gone. He never completed the second review. Prior to leaving, Justin told us he would have a quote to us by that evening or the next day. This was on June 18, 2016. A week past and then two. I called Certapro and spoke to the representative. Told her that we never received the quote. She indicated that she would contact Justin and make sure he contacted us. He did not. Even after I called twice more. A week later, I called again for the quote and the response from the representative was the same. I called a third time. By the fourth time, on July 23rd, the rep said she would have the owner call. Finally, on July 24th, the owner called my husband stating that he had a note on his desk from Justin and that the note was left for him three weeks ago. He stated that we were not the type of customers that he will do business with. My husband asked for clarification. The owner stated that when Justin came out to our home, my husband asked what type of paint he would use. He wanted to make sure the paint would hold up. The owner replied that he did not want to work with "flashlight customers". Essentially, he did not want to work with someone who would assess their work since they have been in business for "three years". If you want to have opinions about the quality of the work for which you are paying, do not use CertaPro Painters.

CertaPro Painters did a good job on our property. Their crew was very professional. We had concerns about over-spray from previous painters and they attempted to cover everything and eliminate as much of the over spray as possible. The owner checked in with the crew and us on a regular basis to make sure things were going well. We would use them again.

They were very prompt and respectful. And even though one of their painters had an emergency and had to leave, the company made sure another painter stepped in and got the job done.

Our final bill was way $$ than the original estimate due to a 'clerical error'. Really had to stay on top of everything; communication between owner & work men lacking.

Jim Zandee was great to work with. His team worked non-stop each day, were always on time and very conscientious and pleasant. Depending on scope of your job, Jim provides a contact for a color consult with an interior design specialist which we also utilized. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result.
