Description of Work: I needed them to clean the living room carpet, hallway and dining room area. I moved all of the furniture out of the way before hand so they didn't have to move anything. My vacuum overheated while I was vacuuming before they came but they said it was no big deal since they vacuum anyway. They actually charged me less money since they legitimately didn't have to move a thing. They were really great. I live in a one bedroom apartment so I just stayed in my bedroom while they worked. They knocked on my door when I was done - explained some things they couldn't get out and way (high traffic hallway and an ink stain) and they were on there way. I plan to clean my carpet every year with Modernistic now.

Description of Work: Air ducts were thoroughly and professionally cleaned. They took care of the floors and wall corners of our home as they worked. I found them to be very honest, showing us photos of the before and after of ducts. I highly recommend Modernistic.

Description of Work: They came to clean my sofa that we had received from family. The sofa was in good condition but was just really dirty and stained. The gentleman that came was professional and easy to work with. Overall he did a good job but he did let some of the liquid cleaner drop onto the hardwood floor, which could have been avoided.
