Failure of getting spots of had them come several times.paid for several rooms. Some time just a small bathroom area was needed but charged for entire condo.furniture was never moved. Carpet was soaking wet for several days.would never use again. I think dirty water is just recycled.rug doctor machine extraction cleaner removed several buckets of grey water.

I was worried they wouldn't come clean. O.M.G they look GREAT. Juan from the Plainwell store did an AWESOME job. He very kind and polite. I will highly recommend him to everyone i know.

They did not get out a coffee stain and traffic area still dirty. You can still see outline of area rug. Called to have them come back 9 days later and they would not. They only come within 7. I would not recommend them.

They did an excellent job. We were so pleased that we hired them again to clean our air ducts.

I was not happy with the carpet cleaning because they didn't move my furniture. They just cleaned the carpet around it. I thought the price was high for the service provided. I would not use them again for my carpet cleaning.

The product its self was good, but I think they are getting to the point where they are getting too pricey. The price is too much. I would say the responsiveness of scheduling a visit to come out and do the work. When I schedule it I would like it to be done that week, but it is usually scheduled a week and a half out. The rest of it they were real professional.

Service men were polite and professional and explained the process before beginning. There was a definite improvement in air quality afterward.

They are fantastic. The quality was excellent. They use a camera to let you see it.

I was very pleased with their tile cleaning. Scheduling was very easy. I actually was able to schedule it right away for the time frame that I needed. They were very courteous. They did a phenomenal job. He actually tried to take care of the smell from the carpet. He not only took care of what I paid him to do, but he took care of some extra things. The price was easy given that we have a very large kitchen.

They are dependable and reliable & just do good work.

I thought it went well. However, it took 3 days for carpets to dry. Now my house smells awful. I have tried to air it out, spray Febreeze on the carpet, and even light candles. My carpet is only 1 year old. I just wanted to clean them; not make my house smell like burned rubber.

Things went very well. They were on time, explained what was going to be cleaned, and how it was going to be done. We had 11 ducts and 6 returns cleaned. Professional and courteous service. I would definitely recommend Modernistic and will call them the next time my ducts need cleaning.

It was pretty bad that time. The dog had explosive diarrhea and was in the house all day so everything was covered with dog shit. It was a bigger mess than I normally would have had. They could have given me a better price. Sometimes the areas you have even though they are like 3 rooms, like they have a dining room, hallway, a bedroom and a kitchen and a living room, sometimes they are all connected and they are not really that big. And I know people who have had a living room done with actually more area than my 3 rooms combined yet they charge you for 3 separate rooms rather than an area. And I think they'd be better off doing a square foot or a square yard, that would be more fair, if that makes sense.

I had tried to contract someone locally to clean my carpet, and after seeing our carpet needs, he said he couldn't do the work and walked out. So, when I called Modernistic, I was in a bit of a panic, as I had people coming over in a couple days and needed the work done right away. From my conversation with the Jennifer, the phone representative, to the work completed, I couldn't ask for more. I explained my situation and what I needed. I was told I qualified for a $99 promotion, so the cost was very clear. No hidden fees. They were able to schedule me for service the next morning. My husband was the one who was home at the time of service. When I returned home in the evening, I was impressed by the quality of cleaning and the fact that the carpet was actually dry enough to walk on. The last company I called (before now) had cleaned the carpets but left them wet and we couldn't use the space. This was great. I would definitely call them again.

The workers were prompt, professional, quick, and thorough. I'm extremely pleased and would recommend them highly. This is probably the 5th or 6th time we've used them and they are consistent in their excellent service.

The tile floors look great. The look of the clean floors is a refreshing upgrade to our house. The workers were very professional, and eager to please the customer.

Great service. Online scheduling was easy and convenient. Received a confirmation call from the business office the next day. Technician called 15 minutes prior to arrival as promised. He was professional, worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the care he took to protect walls and other floors as he worked his way through the house. He had me check to see if I was satisfied with rooms as he finished them, in particular two stained areas in the living room both of which he was able to remove. He answered any questions I had and provided some good general information about overall carpet care. I will definitely use Modernistic again for our future floor and furniture cleaning needs.

The love seats were from a cat owner and covered with hair. We made sure we vaccumed them well first. They came and cleaned with a water based detergent and said they got out a lot of stains on the back of the sofa. There were two guys. Because of the job and equipment one guy did most of the work and he seemed like the guy in charge. He spent quite a bit of time going over every inch of the cushions front, back, top, bottom, dust skirt. They even did the pillows that were were obviously bought to match the love seats. I think they did a great job. Would use them again.

Modernistic did such a terrific job cleaning my carpets last week I had them come back out to re-stretch the upstairs carpet. The living room was especially loose and wrinkled. This team actually arrived a little early because they were running ahead and again, did a really nice job stretching the carpets back out. They look new again. And of course Modernistic sends a very professional and friendly crew to do the job right!!

I've used Modernistic previously, which is why I had them come out to my new home in Holland to clean the carpets before we moved in. As in the past the crew was right on time at the front end of the appointment window and did a great job on the carpets. Always professional, responsive and friendly.

Don was great. Very professional. Explained entire process and then some. Quick but thorough. Very happy with results!!!
