Modernistic

We spent between $120 and $150 every time they came out. We were pretty pleased with their work and we called them back for years and years. Their work was not perfect; but it was okay. They were responsive. We will not use them in the future. Recently we have started using somebody else who are friends of friends and we are happy that we tried them.

They are the nicest people I have met for carpet cleaning. They tell me what they are going to do, ask if I am happy and get done quickly. Their cleaning is always good. I use them all the time, or at least evry 6 months.

It went well except there was a small problem putting protectors under the feet of all the furniture. They didn't put any under my dining table and chairs after I explicitly asked them to because the table is valuable and I didn't want water damage on it. The next day when I was removing the styrofoam blocks, there was a 4" square of red stain where one of the sofa legs bled onto the carpet. There was a styrofoam protector put there, but for some reason it didn't work. I called the company and they came out the next morning and removed the stain. There was some initial questioning as to whether the stain was already there. It wasn't, believe me. There was a little stain in the bedroom and they wrote that on the work order, They for sure wouldn't have missed this one. Anyway, they fixed it somehow and it is fine now.

Everything went very well. They did a great job and got out a lot of stains that had been there for a while, and that another carpet company had been unable to get out. I was very happy and would use them again.

We are quite pleased with the work. They were very prompt in coming out. We haven't had to call them back out. They say if the odor persists they will come back out to wash it again, but that wasn't necessary. We would use them again in the future.

I did not appreciate the hassle I went through in order to have my place cleaned right. Even the customer service department gave me a hard time about sending the crew back to finish the job. They claimed that they never do the areas behind the doors or near by window curtains, which I found their story to not make any sense. Now, the work they did on my furniture came out okay. Even though their rates are very reasonable, they are not worth all the trouble.

There were two men and it took them about an hour to get the carpets cleaned; I thought that was pretty fast. I thought that they did a really good job; I have used them a few times before.

Modernistic did not do a very good. Their price was average compared to others in the area, but they used too much water and that left a brown spot on my carpet. They also, did not get the stains out. Once the carpet started drying, you could see the stains again. They then were upset because I did not want to pay for the scotch guard treatment which was $15, but since they did not get the carpet clean, I don't feel I should have to pay that.

Modernistic did a fantastic job on my carpets! They were very successful of getting rid of all the stains out of my carpet. There were quite a few stains that I didn't think that they would be able to get out but they did. The previous owner of our home had an animal and had left some very tough stains. I had tried several times myself to try and get them clean but had no luck. They had no problems with getting them out. I would certainly recommend them to others.

THIS COMPANY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND THEN REPLACED IT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPET. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO THE STAIRWAY. I HAD TO CLEAN UP SOME SPOTS THAT THEY HAD MISSED. THEY WERE PROMPT IN RETURNING TO FIX IT, THOUGH.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPET. THEY WERE NICE AND ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR THEIR SERVICE.

AFTER THEY GOT DONE, MY CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY STAINS OR SPOTS BEHIND, EITHER. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND CLEANED ALL THE CARPET THROUGH OUT MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEIR PRICE IS WHAT STOOD OUT TO ME AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN ANY TIME.

THEY ONLY WENT OVER THE CARPET ONCE SO I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE GONE OVER IT A COUPLE OF TIMES. THEY LEFT SOME SPOTS ON THE CARPET THAT WAS CAUSED BY MY DOG. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE JOB.

THEY CLEAN UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY PERFORMS IS EXCELLENT. THEIR STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE.

THE MEN THAT CAME OUT DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPETS. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICES.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE ALWAYS NICE WHEN THEY COME OVER. IF THEY MISS A STAIN THEY WILL COME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF IT. I LIKE THEM A LOT AND ALWAYS HAVE.

THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. WHATEVER FURNITURE THEY MOVED, THEY PUT BACK. WE WERE ABLE TO WALK ON OUR CARPETS WITHIN A FEW HOURS. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THE PRICE IS UNBEATABLE. I LIKED HOW THE SAME PEOPLE COME BACK EVERY TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND I WILL USE THIS COMPANY EVERY TIME MY CARPETS NEED CLEANED.

THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOME AT THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CAME INTO MY HOME. THEY HAD THE WORK DONE WITHIN 20 MINUTES AND IT LOOKS GREAT.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND STARTED RIGHT AWAY. WHEN THEY WERE DONE CLEANING MY COUCH, IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT HAD BEEN CLEANED AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY GOT STAINS OUT THAT I THOUGHT WOULD NOT COME OUT. THEY GET RIGHT IN AND GET THE JOB DONE. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PRICES FOR ALL THE WORK THEY DID TO MY HOME. THEY ARE ALSO VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, BUT HAD TO COME BACK TO GET THE INK STAINS OUT THE REST OF THE WAY, FREE OF CHARGE. I WILL HAVE THEM BACK TO DO CARPETS AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. BECAUSE THEY COMPLETED THE CLEANING TO FAST. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NEVER BEEN TO MY HOME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS BECAUSE OF THE POOR JOB THAT THEY DID.
