Description of Work: Provider passed job to another person not competent to even understand the request I made in writing, in person, and on the phone. Provider also sent lengthy emails showing no evidence of comprehension on any platform.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning - The gutters were cleaned quickly and they even cleared the roof of debris.

Description of Work: I gave Mark 4 repairs jobs to complete. Repair an entry sky light, an entry door to a storage area, a garage door threshold, and install a railing also at the front entry. The quality of the work was very good. The time it took Mark to complete the work was more than he first quoted. Two of the projects required more time to complete than he thought it would.

Description of Work: Repaired/ patched up unfinished doorway, repaired folding attic stairway.

Description of Work: Installed a bathroom wall light; installed 2 grab bars; pried up and cleaned floor area in bath from 4 loose tiles, then repositioned and grouted tiles. Mark left the work areas very clean, and was pleasant and efficient. Worked for 3 hrs.

Description of Work: I called, spoke w/the owner. He was very pleasant, professional & suggested I go to his website & leave a message stating what work I need done & they would set up an appointment @ that time. The job was time sensitive so he suggested to me I should continue to look for another provider as he was very busy & couldn't guarantee he could get the job done on time. I very much appreciated his honesty & will call him again if/when the need arises.
