Mike was very aware of my home, not wanting to leave any mess/footprints/etc. No surprises, cost and timing were exactly as quoted.

Mikes was the first to respond to my HomeAdvisor inquiry and the first available to come out and look at my problem. Even though I was prepared to replace the pressure tank, they were able to fix it. If I do need to replace the tank in the future you can guarantee I will go with Mikes. I wish all companies did business like this

Mike was able to respond quickly to replace my failed water pump. He showed up within a few minutes of the time he estimated. He had all the materials needed to complete the job on his truck when he arrived. Upon completing the job, he left clear instructions on how we needed to flush the lines. Mike took the time to answer my questions and helped me over the phone about issues we were having. We moved into a house two years ago that had existing 25 year old pump & system. We were unhappy with that system's pressure and flow. Mike provided options for various sytems and we selected a constant pressure system with higher flow output as well. Mike and his associate were meticulous with the installation and cleanup. We also had both the well and house piping clorinated. He explained in detail how to flush as well as to how the new system functions. Prior to deciding to move forwad with this project, Mike answered all my call promptly. There was never any pressure to purchase by him. Once we decided to move forward on the project he kept me constantly updated on the timing. We immediately have seen the new system function as promised. Mike's Well & Pump Service is in my "contacts list" for any future needs. We are very satisfied with his knowledge, promptness,and level of service he has provided.

Mike did a great job

Mike's a rock star of customer service, with years of experience working for "the big guys". He came by the next morning to give me a quote, and was ready to do the repair on the spot. Four hours later, the broken well casing was removed and a new one installed, the well was cleaned out and the water chlorine shocked, and a questionable inside switch had been replaced, all at a fair price.

mike and jeff showed up as planed and they did a excellent job replacing my bladder tank and pressure switch after the install they made sure there was not any leaks and they cleaned up the area they had to work in and after everything was up and running properly they checked to make sure I had good water pressure in my faucets I would hire mike s company again they were polite and explained everything that they would do prior to starting thank you mike and jeff

He could not make it the day I called but he was there prompt the next day. He fixed and replaced a pressure tank for a well and did a good job, cleaned up well afterwards.

He was very good. Responsive and was on time. He did not charge me anymore than he quoted. He really knows what he is doing. I would hire again.
