Very friendly and provided great service

From start to finish Mike was exactly what I needed, efficient, matter of fact, and transparent. I had a hard time even getting a call back from other well servicers, but Mike messaged me right away and was able to come out much sooner than expected. Communication was clear and thorough at every step, he kept me apprised of any issues he ran into and the associated costs. Parts and labor were in line with my expectations, and he followed up in the days after completion to make sure everything was working as intended. Highly recommended!

My wife was 40 weeks pregnant when needed to replace our well. As luck would have it, work needed to be done while we were at the hospital. Mike made it easy to communicate and work through the emergency so we could come home as a new family to water. We have had a couple interactions since being home in order to take water samples and he has been very personable and respectful of the newborn and tired parents! He was able to make an unfortunate situation as painless as possible.

I live in Houston TX and am responsible for a family house in Northville Michigan. Early this morning I was notified that there was no water in the house and I immediately suspected that the submersible pump at the bottom of the well that was originally drilled in the 1950s was the issue since the pump was last replaced in the 1980s. I called this company at 9am and they showed up at the house to meet a family member there at 11am. By noon I received a call with the diagnosis and dollar range estimate - to be verified as pump was lifted to surface and worn out pipe and other components replaced along with the pump. I received pictures throughout the process and the work was completed within dollar estimate and house water back on by 3:30pm! I was so worried having the trust an unknown company and orchestrate the job from here in Houston by Mike - company owner - was an excellent communicator and a man of his word, who has obviously done this many times for many other customers.

Very prompt and knowledgeable. Replaced pressure tank within a couple of hours after my early Monday morning call. Will be calling Mikes again.

Was not an emergency. Came out next day; arrived at the scheduled time. Had no running water. Mike was able to troubleshoot the problem. immediately. Had running water within the hour. Totally would recommend him for well work. Fair price too!

Mike arrived at the scheduled time. Assessed the situation and agreed that the best option was a well pump replacement as my existing pump has a starting coil failure. He was able to pull the old pump and install the new one and sanitize the well within 2.5 hours. He advised that we run the water for a while to get the chlorine smell/taste out of the water, so we ran the sprinklers until not chlorine smell was noticeable and then let the water flow into the house. He made sure to clean up after and the total cost was reasonable and below what Home Advisor indicated. He is a knowledgeable Pro and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike was a tremendous person to work with. He checked out the problem and proposed what he could do to fix it and the cost. He also compared that to the cost of a new well. I decided to go with a new well which he does not do. He gave me names of three places that do drilling. Realizing that we had no water he suggested asking the neighbor to connect into theirs using a hose which would give us water throughout our house. I will use him for any future problems. Will recommend him to friends without hesitation.

I called Mike early Monday morning and left a message. He promptly called me back and gave me a time estimate when he thought he could come to my house. He was able to come over the same day and troubleshoot my well system. He ran several tests and determined the issue based on facts, not guesses. He had the parts in his truck to fix my well problem by installing the correct new pump and adjusting my pressure tank and switch to optimal levels for the new pump. The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was fantastic. Mike is a really friendly person and explained everything to me so I understood what had happened and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. It was really nice to learn about how well systems work while at the same time having great conversation with a truly genuine and honest person.

Mike is a class act and helped us out on two occasions that we were having issues. He is very knowledgable, fair and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone have well issues and will always call on him.

My experience with Mike was most satisfying, He replaced a well preasure system for us. Mike responded to telephone calls promply and was on the job at the time he had scheduled. Friendly, quick service. Mike replaced an old pump and some corroded galvanized pipe in our well. I've never had our well serviced before, so I'm not sure how much these things cost, but it seemed fair. You can tell he has a ton of experience and did things the "right" way. It also helps that he's a U of M fan.

Mike reached out to me and was very helpful with getting my pressure tank services. He saw that it was low on air and made sure that it was functioning correctly before he left.

Called on a Saturday night due to my well pump tank leaking all over my basement. He came out the next morning (yes...on a Sunday!) and was in and out in an hour with the work done and the area cleaned up better than what he found. It does my heart good to know there are still people out there like Mike who do quality work are quality people and don't try to up sell or add unnecessary service or products. He is awesome!
