"6 years ago paid almost $11,000 for roof. Now it leaks to the point of causing ceiling damage in 2 rooms, caused by their neglect. Called every day for 2 weeks - no return calls. Finally Mike answered and basically said "it sucks to be you". No warranties, won't even come out to look at it to see what the problem is without me paying them - the same amount they would charge a new customer. I paid someone else to come out and found several problems not caused by mother nature, but several cobbled-up insulation problems so that it only lasted 6 years. Hire someone else who stands behind their work."
