It went terrific!

Matt and Randy visited my home to look at the situation and gather information to make an estimate on the work that needed to be done. While here they actually went over all the plumbing in the house to see if there might be any other problems. They were knowledgeable and friendly when they came to give me an estimate. Based on their visit I had already pretty much decided to ask them to do the work even if they were slightly higher than the other two bids. However, happily for me, their estimate was the lowest. They arrived a bit early and worked steadily over the next six hours or so and finished the work. They did an excellent cleanup afterward. Perry Plumbing has become my plumbing company of choice. I will recommend them to my friends, and highly recommend them to whomever is reading this review.

I used Perry Plumbing because they had such good reviews on Angie's list. My experience with them has been great. They came when they said they would. They put in the garbage disposal and it worked totally fine ever since. I remember that it was a very reasonable price.

They are all very good. They have done off and on work for me for 20 years. I would recommend them and refer anybody to them.

I called this company in early March for a stopped up sink in the master bathroom and a slow running drain in the main bathroom tub. The woman I have talked to both times has been very friendly and efficient. The first job was taken care of very well for $80.00. The plumbers have been prompt and have worked around my need to take and get my son from school. The plumber on this job was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me. The job looks good but is brand new so we will see how it works. While he was here, I asked him about an old well pump that is failing (our outside water, up until recently, has been from a well). He was honest about this, saying the old systems aren't used any more and there aren't many guys around who service them. He offered me the name of someone he knew, which I took. I asked him what most people do in this circumstance and he said they usually hook their outside water up to the township system, sometimes getting two separate meters. I appreciated his willingness to talk to me about this issue. I also asked him about a terrible and quot;fishyand quot; smell we have in the water from our kitchen faucet and in our dishwasher whenever the weather warms up. I have been told the smell may be due to an obstruction in the system that vents the sewer gases from the house (the and quot;stackand quot;). The plumber did not seem to think it was due to that and suggested I put Pinesol or a similar product in the dishwasher to eliminate the smell. I have had conflicting opinions on this issue from three different plumbers and have yet to find anyone willing to check the stack. I don't think Pinesol will really fix the problem and am continuing to pursue other possible solutions.

Their bid came in cheaper. They were nice to work with. They did a stupendous job. The guy came up with a method of doing it and that was different than anyone else's method. My husband said that there was a pipe that had completely deteriorated. It was smaller because it was an older house and he didn't have to take out the old pipe and he just put the new one over it. It was a lot cheaper and the methodology was a lot easier. It made more sense and he took care of it. Nobody else even suggested that. He was very innovative.

This was a very positive experience, if that can be said of any plumbing repair job. The plumber assigned to my job was very experienced and professional. He showed up at the time set, quickly assessed what needed to be done, discussed the options with me and made a short run to his warehouse for supplies needed. The repair required cutting the cast iron waste pipe in the basement, about 30" below the bathroom floor above. He then ran 3" PVC up to the bathroom with a new PVC flange which he screwed to the floor and reinforced with blocks of wood in the floor joists below. He worked rapidly and found solutions to additional problems that came out as the job progressed. He was very personable and gave me some tips on reinstalling the toilet, as I planned to do that part myself. I highly recommend Perry Plumbing to others and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. They responded quickly, came prepared and cleaned up after they were done. The price was fair and honest. Do consult Angie's list and do not use anyone without consulting this great resource.

They have done numerous stuff for us from installing dish washer to basement remodel. They have always been good. They have always been fair and prompt. Even to talk to them over the phone has been wonderful. The owner is Randy Perry. I will continue to use them again.

I found him on Angie's List and he did a respectable job. He told me how to avoid the problem so I could do it myself in the future. I had broken something and he showed me how to do it correctly and put it back together. It was simple plumbing job, but he did it excellently.

I can't imagine using any other company for plumbing, ever. These folks know what they're doing, do a great job, and charge very fair prices. I really feel like I struck gold using this service. Props to Angie's List, too, for helping me find them to begin with. A++

This is a very customer friendly operation and very professional. They make helpful suggestions and even propose shortcuts to save money without compromising quality. Their estimate was one third of the closest competitor. I'd heartily recommend these guys.

Because of the holiday weekend, they weren't able to come until Tuesday. But they were prompt, very courteous, and got right to business. He knew exactly what the problems were within just a couple of minutes. He stuck right to the job and was in and out in less than an hour. I would absolutely use them again.

We use them consistently. They are honest, quick and clean.

All went very well. A tiny leak developed a day after installation. One call and an hour later it was fixed.
