Came out next day for estimate and then schedule for a week later (it wasn't an emergency, which they verified when scheduling). Will most defiantly recommend and use them again when needed. They stand behind the price they quote and actually took the time to get into the crawl space to look at it not just the picture I had. Compared to the other place I received an estimate from who bided the job higher and stated they may have to charge more than what they quoted and they only looked at pictures.

Showed up on time, finished on time with the job completed.

Professional plumbing company that did a professional job. They found a leak in a threaded fitting on the hot water heater and repaired it. Efficient work and courteous as well. They had to return a second day as they had another more pressing job to get to, but they returned a few days later to replace a heating element in the hot water heater. Now I have plenty of hot water. I will definitely consider using Perry Plumbing again for other plumbing projects.

Randy (maybe the nicest guy in the world) came out to check how our water heater was functioning. He drained some of the water to see how the water was looking. He checked the pilot. He cleaned the filter that goes around the base of the water heater. He basically checked it out from top to bottom and couldn't find anything wrong with it. We decided to keep an eye on it and, if anything drastic happens, he'll come back out and replace the element. And he charged me nothing. Every experience I've had with Perry Plumbing has been great. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, fast and they do great work. When anything plumbing-related comes up, I never hesitate to call Perry Plumbing.

Great! They showed up on time, and figure out we needed a new capsule in the shower handle. Swapped it out and the leak was gone. Perry Plumbing never disappoints!

We used them for the first time. They're a small operation, but they are very professional. They get back to you, they call when they're closer. They're just from a smaller town. We don't know them as well yet, but they were very very good on our hot water heater installation and coming back for a problem that wasn't really their fault. They fixed it right away.

Randy did a great job, as always. He showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently and did a very clean and professional job. He also gave me some tips on insulating the water lines to avoid freezing in the future. Perry Plumbing has done two jobs for me now and are my go-to service based on excellent performance.

He was prompt when he was supposed to be here but he never got back with me with information on what he was supposed to be finding out for me to repair the toilets. I was not charged for the visit. I would not recommend them. They did not follow through. They never came out to fix anything. I had to find somebody else to do the work. They never got back to me with a price but he did leave me a message a couple of days after I contacted him. I think he was on time for the first appointment.

Hello Matt, I have a replacement fixture needing installation for a kitchen sink, and shower / tub fixture, adding hot/cold shut off valves. (could have avoided the dripping if I'd had them.) They did an excellent job. They replaced the toilet as well. They cleaned up after themselves. They had the best pricing and did the best job.

He was prompt and efficient. Did a great job. Cleaned up after himself. He let me watch the whole process and explained things as he did the job. Was very friendly and spent some talking before he left. I was going to replace a faucet but he said I didn't need to. He told me what part to buy to fix it and saved me $60.00 because I didn't have to buy a new faucet and I was able to do it myself.

I had a water pipe burst due to freezing back in January and decided that to prevent it from happening again I wanted to have the pipes moved from the exterior wall they were in to a perpendicular interior wall. I called a large plumbing company out for an estimate and let's just say it seemed rather extreme, especially given that the walls were already open. Based on reviews here I gave Perry Plumbing a call and I'm very glad I did. Randy came out and quoted me a price that I thought was incredibly reasonable, and since he also had very good reviews here I went ahead and scheduled the work. He showed up during the hour I was told he would be there and did a very proffesional job and cleaned everything up when he was done. Excellent work at a great price, I will defineitly call them again for any plumbing I need to have done.

I called in the a.m., and someone was here early afternoon. First used the worm but there was a blockage, so followed the water pipes and found a frozen pipe. He unfroze the pipe and everything was fine.

Fabulous! From Diane in the phone to Randy the plumber I couldn't have had a better experience!! They were able to get to the house in a couple of days - no emergency. Randy was on time, knowledgeable and explained thing well to me. He got to work and worked until the pump was installed. It took about as long as they said and the price was amazing - especially when compared to other companies in the area, even my handyman was more expensive!

I was home sick and discovered that a large puddle had developed around my water heater. I called Perry Plumbing and Diane said that Randy was in the East Lansing area and he could stop by. He came within a half and hour, it took 15 minutes to switch out the pipe and he was done! All within an hour of my calling. It was a fluke that he was in the area but I have used them before and they have responded within a day or so. Randy is very good and competent. I will use them when I remodel the bathroom.

Very impressed with quality of work and price

The pedestal sink in my bathroom had developed a number of deep cracks, so it needed to be replaced. I called Perry Plumbing and asked if they could replace the sink. They said that I should go and purchase a sink that I wanted, and they would install it. I went to the local big box store (the one where the workers wear orange aprons) and found a sink and pedestal that was similar to the one that I already had. Near the sinks was a sign indicating that installation of the sinks and quot;started at $200.00and quot; I then asked one of the clerks if that would be the price for installing the pedestal sink. The clerk checked his notebook and said that the price for the installation of pedestal sinks was $290.00. There would be an additional charge if they had to bring the sink to my home. Once I purchased the sink and pedestal and brought them home, I contacted Perry Plumbing to arrange for installation. Randy came out and in short order disconnected the old sink. He said that the new sink would fit on the old pedestal, so I was happy to hear that I could return the new pedestal. He took the time to make sure that the sink and pedestal were installed properly. He also fixed a supply line that had a slight leak. He did a quality job and I got the sense that there was no cutting corners. I was quite pleased with the work that was done, and I will definitely contact Perry Plumbing if I have other plumbing needs.

The service we received from Perry Plumbing was excellent. Randy arrived when scheduled and he is very knowledgeable. He fixed our problems in a timely fashion and the amount charged actually was a little less than they had quoted. We were very pleased with Randy and his service and would not hesitate to call if problems arise in the future.

IMatt arrived right on time and replaced the pressure switch on the well. While doing this, he discovered the pressure tank had failed also. We discussed this and he agreed to get the well going again and come back the next day after I got the new tank to install it. I found Matt to be knowlegable and very professional. And the cost for the job was right in line with what I expected..

Overall experience was very good.
