Description of Work: I called about my water heater not working. A prompt hour and a half later, the technician(Randy) arrived. He changed the thermocouple and a couple hours later we had hot water again. I have used Perry Plumbing for a number of years now and are my go to guys. I'll always recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed new water faucets for our shower.

Description of Work: Installed a AO Smith Power vented gas model hot water heater. Everything went reallly well. The were in and out in a couple of hours.

Description of Work: Called Perry because had used them before. Had issues with an old water heater and needed to replace it. They arrived on time, got right to work and finished the job quickly. They were less expensive than the others, but they didn't cut corners and were a bit fussy about doing the job right. For example, they asked if they could replace an old valve with a newer style (which I wanted to do anyhow - and they did it at no added cost) plus they worked to get the new heater level on an uneven floor. Used some tile shims instead of wood (which would eventually rot). They will be my go to plumbers.

Description of Work: They repaired a leaking connector to my pressure tank. They came on short notice and did an excellent job. They were recommended to me by a number of my co-workers who had previously used their services.

Description of Work: Perry Plumbing has performed a variety of different services for me, installing a new water heater, a water softener and plumbing a basement bathroom, including a crock and pump. Their service is great and their prices are always reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: I have tried many plumbers in the Lansing area, and Perry Plumbing is just as professional and competent as other companies except their prices are extremely more reasonable. Over time I have Had them install a garbage disposal that I bought, had a leaky pipe fixed and my basement washtub faucet replaced. Couldn't be happier. In every case I saved a lot of dough.

Description of Work: Absolutely wonderful experience !! I called many companies - they were the least expensive and they were great. They replaced a hot water heater. - they were prompt - professional - neat and so nice to work with.

Description of Work: Called them to come out and replace a broken water shut off valve as well as make some suggestions about other future potential plumbing upgrades. They were prompt, and professional. It turned out the valve wasn't broken, it was only stuck, they charged a very reasonable fee and did not try to up sell us to something we didn't need. They gave great advice about plumbing upgrades for us to consider in the future. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Ran a gas line and installed gas. Very nice, horribly expensive. Very expensive for what they did. I didn't ask for an estimate and I thought they were really expensive. Very polite, and very nice.
