"Mitten Home Company just did a roof replacement a few weeks back and we are very happy with the work, the quality of the material, and the amount of time Dimas, Aaron and Chrisopher spent explaining the different options. It was very appreciated. Our roof replacement included: * Removal of the old Shingles * Removal of two Skylights * Removal of two Attic Fans * Replaced lots of rotted OSB wood (over 25 sheets) * Ice and Water Shield the full roof because of low pitch. * Installed Malarkey Vista AR class 4 Impact Rating shingle * Note: The Shingles had different warranties, which would be hard to explain here. * Mitten 5-year guarantee along with a free annual inspection during the 5 years. * Terms included one with no money down, a 50% deposit same day of material delivery, and the remainder of the balance within 24 hours of completion. "I’m very disappointed in this company and was told that this would happen. The first time everything was professional for the majority of my windows and they look great. They were not able to put in the last 6 windows in our house because the drain holes were put in wrong in the making of the replacement windows and the window crew had shown then to me to verify and them to me and stated that they would have to be reordered. They even took pictures of the original windows and put it on the app. This crew was great, clean and put in new wood for the bottom of my window seals. The second time another window installer came in but could not do the work because the same windows were sent and he could not consciously put in those windows because we would have problems. He even called the company and argued with them. Someone from the company told him to put them anyway. The 3rd time no one showed up and I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. The 4th time they sent a crew that does not speak English so I could not communicate with them that the windows were wrong and that the wood seals in the bottom of the windows needed to be replace first. I tried and got "I speak no English". The quality of work is not the same as first group and shows. I was warned that you would not replace the mistake windows and would keep sending a different group of installers until one of them puts them in. AND YOU DID JUST THAT! I wished I had read reviews and searched your company before I had POWER HRG put my windows in. I also have never received a handle for the screen door of the patio which I was told would happen. This was not what I had signed up for and require it to be as professional installed as was completed the same as the first windows. I feel cheated and let down by your company and taken advantage of! I left a message to customer service by email was never contacted back. All I have received was the that service was completed and now you have to pay. if all was done on the first day, this would have been a 5 star rating."

They took out our old tile and crock and installed new. At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. I would becareful using Seagate-make sure you do your homework!"
