Description of Work: Paul was thorough and very helpful. He did not leave a stone unturned. My fee was a little less because some areas were not able to be inspected or non-functioning. I recieved a detailed report with extensive pictures. His work helped me make a proper evaluation of the property. He was also very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Paul did a great job. Very thorough in his inspection of the home and very patient with all of my questions. He sent me a digital copy of the inspection report the same day as my inspection. It was comeplete with photos of all topics covered. I highly recommend his services.
