Couldn't be happier. We called them at 11:00am on a Saturday morning, and 3 hours later they were at our house fixing the furnace. They identified the problem in minutes and was able to fix it perfectly! We will definitely be using and recommending them to everyone!

Amazing, one of the best companies that we have ever had do work on our house. They were on time and stayed late to get the whole huge job done in one day. From what I understand for such a large job that almost never happened. Matt and Bob were the guys who did the work, you can tell these guys love their work because they are so detailed. But then..... after all was said and done the owner, Mark calls and tells me that my furnace was eligible for a rebate from DTE. Mind you, I would have never know about it, they do not make a penny off it and they still took the time to call me and help me fill out the forms. Awesome, Michigan based-family owned company. They did a AC unit for us too that was just a good.

The owner initially came out to give us the estimate on VERY short notice and was very professional and helpful. Two employees came out two business days later (very efficient and responsive service!!) and completed the installation of a new air-conditioning unit within a few hours. Their prices were fair and the employees were professional and courteous, and also cleaned up the considerable mess left behind after demolishing the ancient AC unit that was in place before. They were also on time, which is so unusual when one is getting this kind of work done. Additionally, we were working through a home warranty company, and the owner of the company had to talk to the home warranty people to help us secure the claim, which he did promptly. Karen in the office was also extremely responsive and helpful as we were on the phone with the home warranty people one minute and her the next minute. This was a time-sensitive situation that was truly unforeseen by us and we were so impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness of this company, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommended! We just can't say enough about them. We'll definitely be using them this fall when we replace our furnace; they also offered to remove the incinerator that we inherited with the house, which we definitely appreciate!

Buying new furnace and AC can be scary when you here some of the horror stories going around. I count myself lucky that I found A1. Everything was 1st class from the responsiveness to my request for detail on the quotes, through to the installation process. Oh, and the price was significantly less than the competition. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody.

The did a super job on the installation, they were very professional throughout the job. They showed get detail on the job and very competitively priced.

They were prompt and considerate. I feel the advice they gave me was useful. They installed a new water heater and the following day there was a gas leak. They responded immediately and fixed the problem. They did charge us to fix the gas leak. According to the tech he did not work on that part of the gas line but it was a strange coincidence. Our home warranty company paid for a portion of the cost.
