my technician was exceptional knew where to look how to do diagnostics, troubleshoot and correct The problem.

I learned about Andy's Statewide from an in-store representative advertising a first-time, in-store AC $49.00 tuneup promotion at Home Depot. Bear in mind my A/C unit was working flawlessly (for years) before Andy visited my home. Within 48 hours of the technician's visit, my A/C malfunctioned and would not cool the house to a temperature lower than 78 degrees. Upon notifying Andy's of the issue, a second technician came to the house and instantly discovered a bad dual-run capacitor that had to be replaced for $350.00. Less than a week later, I am experiencing an identical issue. I find it extremely hard to believe that my system happened to break down the day Andy's happened to show up. Additionally, why did the first technician not identify the issue if the second one identified it immediately? It makes me wonder if my a/c was intentionally sabotaged to sell me a new unit. The company claims the system went bad on its own accord and it coincidentally crapped out the day Andy's showed up. I may have to take legal action if a reasonable solution cannot be achieved.

Corrie and Cortez were amazing. They replace both my air conditioner and furnace.

Very experienced in generator installation. The work is being done in a timely manner. Good , expert, and friendly.

I have had 2 different types of service calls from Andys Statewide for installation and maintenance of my furnace. They are prompt, fair and thorough. I have had a nightmare experience with Great Dane and will never use them again. Andyâ s is the only one I will call upon, they actually repair your equipment as opposed to selling you (by miss leading you) like the aforementioned company did to me. Mario was outstanding and very knowledgeable and professional.

Technician was A1 in tuning up and checking my system and answered all my questions. He checked my air conditioning, changed the filter in furnace and cleaned AC !! Get the pre summer special at $69. Well worth it.

They came out the same day we called and installed a new water heater that Mr. Rooter installed incorrectly 3 years ago.

Service rep was quick to arrive, diagnosed problem with thermostat and inspected furnace. Very satisfied with Andyâ  s Statewide.

Terry was great! Very professional and polite. Spoke not only to the business and what he was doing, he made general talk which was nice, can definitely tell he knows what heâ s doing. Although it was only a tune up will definitely will use Andyâ s Statewide in the future because of this experience. A+ in my book!

Courteous and Professional technicians

They did not do final inspection for a month after the work was done. Now I got problem since my basement needs to be finished and I can not. Called customer service a few times and left a message to the inspection office in the morning. One side the basement worker is finishing the basement and cover the furnace pipe and another side I did not get phone call from Andy state wide about the final inspection and I have a letter from Andy that if I do not do the final inspection I will get fined etc.

Technician was prompt and professional. Good price for good service

The technician, Al, is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I requested him the second time because he was the only person able to fix my VERY OLD wall unit, and wasnâ t hell-bent to upsell me anything I didnâ t need or want. If all the other people who work for this company are like him, then they are lucky, literally saved me thousands of $. 5-star company as I dealt with others who werenâ t so much, high recommendation!
