Description of Work: John is friendly and helpful, the service is for sensor clean up. At my rental I have a very old furnace and after years of service there are not much left on the furnace and some of the parts are hard to find. John help me cleaned it up and hopefully we can squeeze few more year off it. Will for sure use him again. (Hopefully not in a near future)

Description of Work: My furnace was replaced. Initial sale and product installation was almost instant and really impressed. However post installation, they have few follow up tasks like caulking, first year inspection etc but no follow up so far!! So kind of feels like after sales, they are done with you.

Description of Work: They fixed a defective Trane furnace motor/fan at no cost because I have a service contract. This problem was apparent from the day it was installed 5 years previous, but the first technician did not care to fix it. After 5 years,I tried again, with the intent of threatening legal action, but this time another technician replaced the motor/fan very professionally. I learned that the first technician had been fired. There was another factory defect that was fixed shortly after installation, which prompted me to buy the service contract.

We bought a house and needed a new furnace. They were very thorough during the process of measuring to find the correct size equipment for our size of a house. They were courteous and on time. The job was completed within three days as promised. The old equipment was removed and the entire work site was left in a clean condition. We have had them back a couple of times for minor maintenance and they completed those tasks well also. We recommend them to anyone in Lansing who needs HVAC work.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of furnace and air conditioner with new high efficiency system. Also some minor maintenance after the installation.
