Cort explained someone said they had the generator cord somewhere, Cort said I don't have one. I reached out to him, and he said that will be another $500.00. My sister called him and apparently hung up on her. He then texted me someone will drop it off the next day. His sister showed up and didn't know how to hook it up to test or able to show them how to use it when main power is out. She was very nice though! You should have come yourself and finish. WOW Job was $999.00 for 30 minutes and not complete. Cort we all want to get home safe to our families, your inability to finish the job safely and professionally caused me to call another Journeyman electrician and Veteran to make sure everything works and instruct my family on how to safely shut off the main panel and connect the generator during power outages."
