Ken needs to be recognized for his caring, compassion for a very difficult situation n he went above and beyond. The possibility of hot wires left in the attic laying in insulation were appalling to him n he stayed to correct what he found ea day rather than thinking it wasn't his problem. His attention to detail went above n beyond. Thank goodness he came when he did. It was truly a blessing in disguise. He gets an A+ in my book.
