two day job - great!

I was pleased with their work. They were on time, done in one day, and very neat.

Called Soltman for a second opinion after contacting another company. Was told that the first company who came out are not trustworthy (as I had suspected.) First company quote was for $800 to replace 3 parts I was told were broken. It turned out that only the circuit board needed replacement, as Soltman had guessed. Very prompt, showed up BEFORE expected, professional, fast, friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

The interaction was fine, it met my needs and it was satisfactory service. They weren't the lowest bidder, but I still picked them.

All the people I worked with from Soltman were extremely professional. For the hot water heater replacement, we were in a more emergency situation, and they took good care of us. John, the person doing the quote and Jason, who did the installation, arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Jason's work exceeded my expectations-with the installation of the new tank he improved and added to the gas lines and made the entire system work better. A couple of weeks later, we encountered our chronic early-Spring problem where we'd get water in our return ducts, which made the furnace work inefficiently, and eventually stop. John, the owner, did the quote to re-route the duct work which would fix that problem for good. He was thorough with it, and the price was fair. We decided to roll in the work to install a central air unit along with the duct work. Jason did the installation with another person who I can't remember, and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and how clean they left things.

They were very nice about doing the warranty work and very professional. They came right out to our house do the work shortly after we called. They were clean and neat and cleaned up after themselves.

I got 3 quotes. They were best for some unique requirements, not too high. Roger, who gave quote, was very friendly and professional. They had to remove a huge old furnace. The guys headed up by Jason worked very hard the whole time, were considerate, and let me know what was going on throughout 3 days. They always came on time and let me know how long certain aspects of the job would take. Roger came back out during installation and upon completion to check. I was very happy with the way the work was done and the outcome.

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY ARE QUICK TO COME OUT IF WE EVER HAVE A PROBLEM. I DO THINK THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY AREN'T BAD.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE A HOMETOWN BUSINESS AND ARE INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY. I FEEL CONFIDENT IN THEIR SERVICE AND THEY HAVE SAVED ME MONEY!
